I contacted this company regarding personalised boxing shorts. After several emails, I called to finalise details, but the experience was incredibly disappointing.

The staff member who answered was rude from the start and even refused to provide her name when asked. While I understand they may not offer mock-ups for smaller orders, her delivery was unprofessional, stating they aren't a 'million-pound company' and that she couldn't offer much help for a small order.

When I asked for clarification on waistband lettering, she told me my name choice 'wasn't normal' and repeatedly cited a '25cm length' without explaining how many characters that actually accommodates.

Despite having a contact number listed, the staff made me feel like a nuisance rather than a customer. I would not recommend this company based on their lack of basic courtesy.

From the very first email the service provided by Sophie at Suzi Wong was first class and we honestly couldn’t be happier! The quality is absolutely brilliant — everything fits perfectly and looks amazing. The attention to detail really shows, and the customer service was second to none. Delivery was quick for a customised item and the whole process felt personal and professional. My daughter is over the moon with her new kit and wears it with pride. Huge thanks to Sophie who nothing was too much trouble until we got everything just so and to the Suzi Wong team for such fantastic service — highly recommended. We will be back.

Quality work by Sophie really appreciated the cooperation on designing my kit. When going to get it made I wasn’t too sure what I wanted but with the help of Sophie I got rough idea on what I wanted and my kit looks amazing can’t wait for the people to see it thank you one again team 👊🏻

I had a very positive experience with suzi wong. I purchased my shorts and they arrived quickly and the quality of them are superb and reasonably priced for the quality.

Fantastic company! I stupidly misspelt a name on the shorts and they took them back, changed the name and sent that back within days.

Sophie was extremely helpful in making sure the design was exactly how I wanted, and the turn around time from when I placed my order to when I received it was amazing. Not to mention how well my fight kit has turned out.

100% would recommend and will be using again in the future!

The major issue was that the shorts were not the sizing as advertised on there website, around 6" shorter than stated. This was extremely frustrating and I couldn't use them as intended.

I was pleased with the delivery speed and the personalisation on the boxing shorts — both were spot on. Which is why this company has been given 2 stars.

After a fair few emails back and forth — including an initial denial from the seller claiming the sizing was correct — I was eventually offered an initial refund of just £4.50 on an order that cost total £115. After continued correspondence, they finally agreed to refund £33.75. While this was better, it still leaves me significantly out of pocket for a product that was essentially missold.

Very disappointing experience overall.
Just to reiterate, while the customisation and delivery were fine, the sizing error and the way the issue was handled left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't feel confident ordering again.

To reiterate a full remake of the order was not offered at all. I asked for this, but then a returns was sent. Also if you review your emails, you offered 10% of the shorts, which is £4.50 not the full order value. Then 25% again of the shorts price only.

I accepted £33.75 (75% of the shorts) as it was clear to me that you as a company would not accept liability for this mistake made.

I did attach photos of the correspondence (anomonised) to the review for people to see. However these have not been published with the review. This would clear show that the admin offered me a percentage of the shorts and not the full order value.

If I'd have been offered for a full remake, I would have accepted that straight away or even 75% of the full order (£78.75). Neither was offered, so I crawled back a very tiny amount of the order value.

The resolution was not a satisfactory one, however it was clear that it was the best one that I was going to be getting from your company. So I took the loss of around £70 as stated that the actually personalisation was not a problem it the shorts length. Ultimately paying for Suzi Wong mistake.

Communication was great, asked about the waist sizes as my weight in kg was different. Said that they go more on the wieght and to go with a large which Is a couple of sizes down then stated. They fit perfectly. The quality of materials and the custom embroiderys I had done was stunning. They look amazing :)

Have used for a few years now and was a happy customer.

Recently made an order and when customising all seemed fine but when delivered the colour was wrong. Was met by a really blunt and rude customer service team who just blamed me. I’ve tried to explain to them that whilst what they have on their order sheet doesn’t match what I was presented with but they weren’t interested.

The goods were decent quality but would rather buy from somewhere with manners and customer service.

Every kit I’ve received from Melissa and the team have been to perfection. The best in the business, so professional and efficient. The draw ups are literally mirror imaged to the real thing! Big shoutout to Sophie it’s always a pleasure to deal with her!

I have shopped with Suzie Wong online previously for a tracksuit and ready made gladiator skirt, both of which are amazing!

I ordered some custom shorts for one of our boxers who trains so hard and boxes everyone. Sophie took the details of what I wanted and suggested a few things. The shorts arrived yesterday and they are superb, they have made our boxers year the smile on his face said it all. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

Ordered kit not long ago came super fast In about 2 weeks just in time for the championships the quality is amazing love it 100% go back again they keep in great contact with u and they don’t ignore u super great kit really happy with it will 100% be ordering again soon

Great service from start to finish. From making my daughter feel at ease designing her boxing kit to the finish product which is made with the best quality material.
