I had to return an item worth 1300 kr…

I had to return an item worth 1300 kr that I had chosen to pay with Svea, unfortunately. It was refunded with a coupon that had to be cashed out in person. There was no way to get the money returned to my bank account, but for a fee of 50 kr, I'd get handed out a pile of one hundred notes. Do you remember those pieces of paper that were used in the early 2000s? I generally like the concept of receiving goods first and then paying, but uhh, not like this. Greetings from the cashless future and happy 2022.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Same as most people already stated. Dirty company, avoid at all cost.

Business model for the payment/checkout is to have really short period before you are moved to INKASSO if you miss the initial due date.

Before that happens you get NO DIGITAL feedback at all that the payment is missing. Instead they send a regular snail mail that when it arrives the chance to make the payment in time is close to zero.

AVOID this company and definitely DO NOT get a loan from them - you will get into trouble.

Please never trust this company

Please never trust this company. This review is for SVEA EKonomi Sweden. I went to a beauty clinic and the reception told me to get this loan from SVEA instead of paying via KLARNA and that is how the headache started. I was paying my debt every month then I received an invoice from a third party company that I have to pay a huge amount of money as a punishment because I paid less than the new invoice (claiming a new amount to pay ) SVEA sent to me by post!! I never got such a letter because I moved to a new place a few months before they post me the invoice. However, my address was registered in Skatteverket. I called them but no help at all! They do not use KIVRA and they only use it for SVEA INKASSO!!! which is funny. sounds like they want you not to receive the invoice so that they can later charge you via the INKASSO. Then they make sure that you got the charge by sending via KIVRA instead of posting! they have my email and phone number. they never bothered to call me or email me instead they immediately send me a fine. As I see and hear from other customers this is the way they earn money by simply rubbing you.
In the end, I paid twice the loan. This company must be reported.

No invoice sent at all, notice sent instead

A big Finnish health service provider has outsourced (2020) their billing to SVEA Ekonomi AB.

SVEA Ekonomi should have sent the initial invoice, but in stead I got by post a notice that I haven't paid the invoice and there is a 5,00€ notice fee. I did not get the initial invoice by post or any other channels, nor has the postal service misplaced a single invoice in decades that I should receive.

I called SVEA Ekonomi and asked what it was all about and was able to pay only the original invoice fee. I also required a written notice from SVEA Ekonomi, what we have agreed.

SVEA Ekonomi claimed that the original invoice had been sent, but where is the evidence and it is very convenient to blame the postal service for misplacing bills.

By chance, I got to know that exactly the same thing has happened to another client, who uses the same health service provider, so this started to sound sketchy and it might be SVEA Ekonomi's strategy and a very easy way to get free money. Probably lots of people will pay the extra 5,00€ fee.

If you are in Finland, contact Aluehallintovirasto/Regionsförvaltningsverket and report the incidence to them after you have called SVEA Ekonomi and fixed the matter. Maybe something can be done, if enough people report the same problem. Aluehallintovirasto/Regionsförvaltningsverket monitor these things at least.

Agree with all others below

Agree with all others below. They charge for most hidden things you can think of. Fees for EVERYTHING. I had an purchase off 399 SEK and payed with invoice. Next month they charge 195 SEK extra for the invoice, 29 SEK extra for making the invoice pdf-file (normally this is only charge by other companies when having paper invoice). I thought I had pay this of long time ago but the invoices keeps coming every month and I have no clue what the f--k it is about.

Worst invoice/credit company in…

Worst invoice/credit company in nordics, avoid this company as much as possible. When you order online there is a logo of this company, by not using the invoice service you save all the headaches and extra fees they are going to charge you. In less than a month they charge you 240 SEK extra fees.

They are scamming people for reminder and inkasso fees, it shouldn't be legal what they do. They are simply criminals.

Zero tolerance and harsh punishments, they get some profit out of this

Zero tolerance! they sent me the reminder with a 60 SEK punishment after just two weeks of a 299 SEK purchase during the Christmas.! I asked them if it is possible to reimburse the punishment because I never delay in payments and in such short time during Christmas I have just needed more time to get my head around of any leftover payments that I should make. I will never commence a purchase if SVEA is the mediator in that business. Very bad experience and very customer disoriented staff.
