i signed up for it one day took some surveys and next day i tried to sign in and do more just to find it locked. i contacted them to try and figure out what happened and they said i needed to provide a gov't id. i told them i wasnt going to provide it because they used a 3rd party. i dont trust 3rd party so i told them to delete my account they told me i needed to provide more info just to delete my account. i told them i wasnt going to do give them any more info and they can either delete my account or keep it in there system as a locked account or they could unlock the account so i could keep doing the surveys. they finally replied to me letting me know that my account was deleted for violating terms of service and that they thanked me for understand and cooperation. i replied back to them letting them know i didnt understand since i was never told what i did that violated the terms and services or if there was a way i could fix it. so i finished it up letting them know that i was going to write a review letting everyone know what happened and thanked them for the understanding. so im not saying dont use them im saying they apparently will lock an account and start requesting id and information for violating t&s without letting you know what you did.

I mostly use the site to earn SB by playing mobile games. Once I have enough SB I get an Amazon Gift Card.

SB are Swagbucks.

Tapjoy doesn't work, surveys are hit or miss. I'm ready to call it a day.

Swagbucks is the site I recommend and refer others to for the best earning experience. While 1000 points equals $1 on other sites, Swagbucks awards $10 for 1000 points! Although I don't own a mobile phone, and can't use all of the ways to earn points, I really refer those who do to Swagbucks telling them how much more they could earn using their phones! Thank you for an easy way to supplement my income!

Account suspended for absolutely no reason and customer service bot just says "something triggered" the account suspension. I have a lot of swagbucks now stuck, with no way to cash them out. I thought after YEARS with this company that i might get a little grace. I have done nothing to earn swagbucks in over a year, just a monthly gift card cashout and now this, with no phone number to call or way to reach anyone in a timely manner.

I find that it is very easy to redeem points for rewards.

Excellent site with fast payments would recommend to everyone.

I really love the variety of activities on Swagbucks and how much it helps me save money while shopping. However, I truly miss the old video offers and Swagit—they were fun and didn't require downloading anything. Also, TapJoy has been frustrating lately; the high-paying offers rarely credit or are just too difficult because they require purchases or downloads. Lastly, it would be amazing to see a bridge award for the daily trivia! For example: getting 7 SB if we miss 1 question, 3 SB for missing 2-3 questions, and 1 SB for anything after that, instead of just the flat 1 SB we get now

A best way for pockets money app .but not a big part you got .surveys will show on screen but you cannot complete survey

I absolutely love Swagbucks, and I am hoping that leaving a review here will help me resolve the issue, and quickly!

I opened a support ticket (I found it under the live chat option, explain your issue, and if you are not able to resolve it, it will then ask if you want to submit a ticket). My ticket is submitted, I have received 2 replies (thankfully), I am hoping that posting here will bring it to their more immediate attention.

Now let me tell you why I love Swagbucks so much and want to be back on soon. I make money doing activities that are easy, straightforward, and most importantly, so much fun. I play some other apps for money, but not daily. I go on and play several times a day on Swagbucks. What I play:
Swagbucks Daily Trivia, one play per day, 2nd play if you complete a survey. I frequently do a survey for an extra gameplay. The higher paying surveys are hard to qualify for - they are looking for people that have a particular background/employment/something that is very specific. I do the quick surveys - they’re quick (10 min or less), very easy to qualify for, I earn my extra trivia gameplay and make a few Swagbucks.

Swagbucks Live Trivia - Mon - Thurs, 8 pm EST. Sometimes there’s a Friday afternoon one at 1:45 pm EST - these are usually around holidays.

Games - I am currently playing Golf Rival, 40 day game, I am at day 38, I have made $221 so far in completed rewards, and cashed most of it out through PayPal or Amazon. I have 2 awards I think I can earn before the expiration - the first is for $35 (should definitely get that one), and the second is for $75. Really want both, I already have my shopping list going for the Amazon Prime Sale. Once Golf Rival is over, I will pick another game to start with a similar award/reward structure. I will be keeping and continuing to play Golf Rival.

RealityMeter - app you download, tracks your app activities on your phone (it’s research data for app designs overall). Runs constantly in the background, you are able to limit it for apps, I don’t allow any of my super password protected sites, and I can pause it for 15 min. It does delay opening of some apps, I just pause RealityMeter when I before I open on of those apps. After 15 min it will start collecting data again unless you continue the pause. Check the award, it’s worth it.

I upload receipts for points. I play the Swagbucks Bingo sometimes. I’ve checked out TapJoy, seems to work for me, just haven’t had a chance to explore it further yet.

Please Swagbucks, reactivate my account!!! I want to update this review to the 5 stars I think you truly deserve!!!

They used to be legit, but their customer service dont even respond anymore when there's an issue. You're better off working with other legit apps / websites.

The process was easy and I received the gift card faster than I had expected.

Swagbucks is a great place to make extra money. They will drive you crazy with bumping you out of surveys randomly. Still very good though. I recommend.

It's no longer fun being on the site like it once used to be. Too many things have changed and I'm not really interested as I once was about being on the site. Too much to work for for too little pay.

I've been a Swagbucks user for years and to date, this is the best platform for earning money in my opinion. I've never had an issue.

It was easy to redeem my gift card and it came quickly, but recently I have had a hard time accessing surveys. I get email notifications with hyperlinks that swagbucks says isn't available, even ones I have been doing regularly like my drink diary.
