When I needed flight cases for my new musical equipment I shopped around on the web and SwanFlight seemed to offer the best value for money. I was worried about how long it would take for delivery to Australia from Britain so I started with one case. I had the case in hand nine (9) days after I placed the order. I was very impressed with the service and the case and wrote so in my last comment and evaluation.
So, after again shopping carefully, I ordered my second instrument case and it was here in eight (8) working days, two days prior to DHL's EDA.
To say I'm impressed is an understatement. The cases are six star quality, fit the keyboards perfectly, and I'm completely confident they'll protect my expensive and sensitive computer based instruments. The delivery time of the cases was astounding; I was quoted a longer delivery time to get the cases at home, here in Australia.
Thank you SwanFlight and D.H.L. for a top quality product and six (6) star service.

The third box I have bought from Swan, they are simply the best

The flight case arrived on time but the finish on the metal trim inside the case is sharp.

My case holds two moving head lights which are put in upside, my hand comes very close to the metal trim which is sharp at the end. At the end of a gig when time is tight and we're trying to pack away as quick as possible I could easily forget and catch my hand on the trim.

Perfect service. Rush job delivered ahead of promised eta. Will use again :-)

Ok, so very recently I bought myself a new 100x 12" record box (flight case) it was £30 and had a lifetime guarantee.
When it arrived I found the locking mechanism was missing, I informed the company who shall remain nameless and they sent me out another. When the replacement arrived it had a rivet missing. Again I informed the company who refunded me £10.
It turned out that what I had bought was of extremely low quality and made at such a low price out of China that they could afford a lifetime guarantee.

I stumbled across Swan flight on the net who I proceeded to order a coffin case from for my turntables and mixer.
I noticed that they were selling 100 x 12" record cases for £38.99.
I told Sean Dodds at swan flight about my recent purchase and disappointment and he explained that the case I had bought was a generic kind made in huge bulk in china and then rebranded.

I took a punt and decided to order my coffin along with a new record case.
A parcel appeared today and I was happy to find it was my new record case, and I couldn't be happier. There is a huge difference in quality between my swan flight case and my previous purchase.
This thing is amazing! The quality and workmanship that has gone in to this case is exceptional!
I learned that swan flight actually sell these cases at a loss but do so in order to allow people to see the quality of their goods!
This is not a cheap Chinese made case originally priced at £70 and knocked down to £30.
This is a british made piece of quality that will actually last a lifetime. This case should be priced at £80-£100! But £38.99? The only advice I can give is buy two!

I shall certainly be buying another couple and taking advantage of the low price before they increase.

In particular Sean Dodds. Sean has advised me for the past couple of weeks and his customer service skills are second to none. He really knows his stuff and will not sell you something you don't need. He took time out to go above and beyond to explain their manufacturing process and detailed other customer testimonials.

I was also pleased to find that other members of the team were just as helpful! I think I spoke to a guy named Owen? But can't be sure.

All I know is that swan flight are a fantastic group of people with a hugely impressive product portfolio.

I ordered a Flight Case for a Allen & Heath QU16, as I ordered a custom model I needed to pay extra. Polite and well informed staff talked me through order and manufacturing process. This did not stop them making my case and having it ready for delivery as promised! Excellent communication and service. I will add to this review on quality when the item arrives.

The Flight Case has arrived! Super snug fitting and surprisingly less weight than I imagined. Well finished throughout and no annoying machining marks on the alloy or board.

I wonder if there is a technical reason that the catches are situated in the lid part rather than the base, this would make the product better when using in the base on a table etc.?

I brought swan flight record case which holds 500 7 ins singles my order came in two days case was well solid and the price was good and iam very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this company to all music lovers who stil play vinyl and want good storage for they records
