An atrocious experience with Swangs safaris
We had an atrocious experience with the provider of tourist services Swangs safaris Pty Ltd in March 2020. We contracted with Swangs safaris to provide services to me and my wife, and the full payment for these was collected. The services were described in the detailed 10-day program, as involving transportation, meals and tourist activities from the moment of collection at Johannesburg International Airport through to our safe delivery to Victoria Falls Airport in Zimbabwe.
During the trip we didn’t receive approximately 25% of the agreed services and the guide from Swangs safaris abandoned us in Botswana, without any explanation, escaping with our money without completing the agreed tour to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
We reported this case to the South African authorities providing all of the supporting documentation. However, now a representative of Swangs safaris is chasing us sending emails to our private email addresses with inappropriate comments and insulting statements about me and my wife. That was also reported to the authorities.
