Purchased £20000 used car, developed six faults in three months. On recovery trucks three times. Dealer refuses to accept the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The unusable car has been parked for eleven months. In my opinion there are car dealers out there who have respect for their customers and UK Laws.
Lying, dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional. Failed to carry out work requested but invented faults to create income. Lied about MoT failure points and did unnecessary work. Work done was substandard. Customer service appalling. An absolute disgrace.
