I used to go to vitamin world
I used to go to vitamin world , but when they closed , I switched to swanson. I guess I researched vitamin companies online, a year after switching one of my friends said that his grandparents got their vitamins from swanson.
So I knew they were a legit company with a good history. I take as many pills as Jack Lalain did, so i'm still alive eating a crap diet. Swanson products work great for me. They have all the hard to get supplements.
I Pushed a 108 lb. Box up a flight of stairs, so I'm still in good shape at 59...Keep up the great work!

Why did the order take 10 days to arrive,it usually takes 3-4 days. When I call after I get email saying it was delivered. They told me it was in Rosemont Mn. And it wouldn’t come until the next Wednesday, didn’t make much sense to me.???

Ordered item. Got to shipper fast. Shipper took 10 days to get a heat sensitive item delivered to me. Swanson replaced the item and received the replacement in 2 days. They corrected my issue that the shipper caused.

My order had been mishandled by the shipping company and apparently lost for the time being. When I became concerned and contacted Swanson, they immediately arranged a no cost replacement expedited shipment, explaining that the customer is always their first consideration, and that any issues with the shipping company would be delt with by Swanson.
I have been a Swanson customer for over forty years, and on the very rare occasions when there has been an issue, they have always stepped up
