Worse charger I have used
Worse charger I have used . But the main issue is they ring fence £20 whether it works or not and did this with me twice . One of the £20 is still sitting as pending after four days ,heaven help anyone who calls their customer service which is outsourced I think to chargeplace Scotland who offer the worst sort of telephone service . Then I had to go to Swarco direct and get transferred around .

Not easy to use
Tried using a swarco rapid charger. Contactless payment stated on ZapMap doesn’t work. The charge point ID doesn’t work on swarco’s web pay facility unless you leave out one of the characters on the charge point ID number. Swarco’s helpline took well over 10 minutes to answer. Not great.
