The leaflet that came with my Swatch gave the wrong battery number. I wasted money buying a small stock of batteries, only to find that they were (the ones in the leaflet, but) the incorrect sort for... See more

Above and beyond strap service
Contacted swatch because one of the links on my strap had broken and asked if they could send a replacement link, or if not, if they could let me know which replacement strap size would fit (as I found that part of their website a bit confusing). Next thing I knew I had an email back to say that they’d sent a free replacement strap in the post which arrived the next day! New strap is much nicer than the old one and I’m wowed by their service. Good job swatch!
Great customer service
The clasp on my old Swatch watch kept coming loose so I contacted Swatch for help. Kat from Customer Service replied straight away, managed to sort out a new strap for me and was efficient and helpful. Happy customer!
Once broken there is no way to repair Swatches
I purchased my first Swatch in early 2000's, Portland, OR. The shop had great service. Now, 20 years later, of the five Swatches I have, only one is working and after corresponding with Swatch repair I found out that the "timepieces are laser sealed during the manufacturing process, therefore our timepieces are not able to be serviced or repaired", so I guess I will have to throw them away. I've checked with jewelry stores but they can't repair them either. I have other watches that are much older and have been repaired. Swatches are not worth buying, they will just fill up the landfills.
NOT TO SPEC’ NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Sent contact form on 18 October and got prompt reply asking for further information sent again on 18 October.
Chased several days later….BUT STILL WAITING ON 30 OCTOBER.
Rang the branch I bought it from and was told the manager would phone back …NO CALL RECEIVED.
WATCH NOT TO SPECIFICATION, NO FOLLOW UP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO CALL FROM BRANCH…….SPEAKS VOLUMES.
DO NOT PURCHASE SWATCH…..BUYER BEWARE.
I lost the battery cover to my Swatch
I lost the battery cover to my Swatch, after searching for a replacement on the Internet I came across the Swatch web site. I e-mailed with my request, the next day they e-mailed back asking for the model number. Two days later a new cover arrived by post. No charge.
Buckle replacement
I had 3 Swatches all of which had buckles that snapped making them unwearable. I emailed customer service who immediately offered to send me another 3 free of charge. Brilliant response!
Their customer service is terrible
Their customer service is terrible. It's a scam. My husband bought me a watch for my birthday but I want change to other colour with the same model. They charge me RM50 as they said I have to get a new warranty card.
Disgraceful
My swatch was just out of warranty when it started to function properly; in one month it lost more than an hour accuracy. The swatch service changed the battery 3 times in 7 month and even „de-magnetized“ it, but it didn’t solve the problem.
It was either a wrong design or mine was a faulty product, however thy simply didn’t nothing about it so I can throw the swatch in the bin… this company is never going to get my business ever again. Disgraceful!
(This was across country in GB and in Switzerland)
Disgusting experience
My experience and opinion with Swatch have changed dramatically since the launch of the Omega collection.
1 year has passed and I am still unable to purchase one of their Neptune watches, despite seeing that model flooding on Vinted, eBay and Vestiaire Collectif.
Some stores have secret lists, others simply don’t sell the watch to the first comer although they have it in stock. Another swatch employee told me he sold most of them to resellers and “cannot do anything about it”.
So much frustration for a disgusting experience.
Massive flaw when used with Swatch…
Massive flaw when used with Swatch PAY... I bought a SwatchPay watch in August my intention was to use it as a get out of jail option when my phone battery dies. I really liked it and used it extensively for the first month. I then hit a decline wall at £300.. Totally get the logic so contacted support to ask how to resolve this. At first very helpful explained that if I used the curve payment option on my phone this should clear it. IT DIDNT.. I would stress I don't have a physical card with curve.. So I asked support if they need me to buy a card..yes to have a physical card you have to pay will this resolve things... Silence.. after multiple attempts I am faced with a watch that gets declined everytime, the option to buy a card which might work and a support team who don't respond. I'd give less than one star if I could.. steer clear of curve and SWATCHPAY ..
I just wanted to change the battery in…
I just wanted to change the battery in my watch, and I've never seen a line this long. I asked the security for directions, and they treated me very poorly. To Swatch: please be kinder to long-time customers
Swatch doesn't care about customers
Swatch care for its customers is probably the worst. The launch of the Moon's collection proves it by selling products to teenage resellers only focused on making cash on a limited quantity.
I have been a loyal customers for years, but unfortunately "loyalty" is a word the brand is not familiar with.
Bought a watch online for £133 which…
Bought a watch online for £133 which isn't cheap for a lump of plastic. Anyway it arrived with one of the watch hands misaligned so I emailed customer service and they just can't be bothered. So am parceling up ready to send back. So much for Swiss precision and Service.
NO RETURNS….WE JUST DONT TELL YOU THAT!!!
My husband and I purchased a watch at the outlet in Niagara Falls Ont. called HOUR PASSION
At the point of sale we were not told it was exchange only…no signs posted to indicate. After getting home the watch wouldn’t work. Went back to the store and they replaced the battery! Took it home and it stopped working within a few hrs. Made another trip to the store to return the watch and we’re told no returns…so the only way you know that’s their policy is if you read the fine print on the receipt they email you AFTER YOU PURCHASE THE ITEM!!!!! The joke is…on the receipt that was emailed us had the policy attachment that wouldn’t open!!!! Even the store manager we were dealing with admitted that it wouldn’t open for her and unless you are told by the salesperson you wouldn’t know about it!!!! Her comment was “well after you purchase it it’s too late because the transaction has gone through…we have your money…but it’s non refundable….AND…I DONT OWN THE STORE SO THERES NOTHING I CAN Do!!!! $250.00 later…this is where we are!
We are seniors that can’t afford for this to happen to us! The name of the store is HOUR PASSION OUTLET…so buyer beware!!!!! We were rightfully upset and as we were walking out the store the manager was yelling “HAVE A NICE DAY”
This policy should not be tolerated! We own Swatch Watches but will never purses another after being treated like this today!!! The merchandise was defective and they still want to keep your money!
Watch poor quality
Watch poor quality, just with a big rain falls and your watch will be foggy full moisture inside the cristal, poor sealing around the crown, do not buy this peace if garbage. Buy a Seiko after 40 years still working in any weather conditions
Poor quality and customer care
Poor quality and customer care. The watch band began to peel after one week of use. I reached out to Swatch to confirm I could return it for a refund (and included a photo of the damage). Their response: "We will make an exception for an exchange only this one time, however, bands are not covered by any warranty. In the case it happens again you will have to purchase a new band." Really?
Poor customer care
Wonder How a worldwide company like Swatch can have such a poor customer service
Been waiting for my issue to get solved for a week.
They tell you someone will call you back. Nothing
No way that company stars for long
Unfortunately i cannot give 0 star
horrible customer service
horrible customer service. I did receive a bat watch, and they refused to give me a refund. - even ignoring european law. Now i need to sue them for a 150 euro watch. Its ridiculous.
Never ever will I buy watch from them.
Amazing customer service from Swatch online
Amazing customer service from the ‘connect’ at Swatch service. I sent a photo of my swatch and they replaced the old, faded strap free of charge, though I was happy to pay for a replacement.
