It’s good to monitor your step count but the rest is scam. Whatever they offer you for free…no way ever to redeem your points. If they actually have a legitimate redemption (free) offer it’s sold out immediately. I don’t even think they actually are real. Scam with a touch of healthy living.

its a scam, even if u get 30k sweatcoins like me, u still cant redeem anything. they pretty much scam u now and advertise for other companies

It is all fake in my opinion with the premium.
I was refreshing the app every sec as i knew they should put a premium voucher on buy soon and as soon as it appear there was a voucher on burger king of £20 to buy and when i tried it was already out of stock.
Everytime is out of stock, everytime !

I joined months ago now. I thought id been entered in to the Amazon challenge. I completed the required amount of steps. Each day I was doing roughly 15,000-20,000steps. When I checked my account,I was being awarded half the amount of steps id done. I contacted them through their useless customer services,they told me to try a few things. I did what was asked,it still didn’t work. I contacted them up till yesterday,I’ve been fobbed off each time. I keep getting the standard generic response. I’m disabled and doing the challenge to help a poorer community overseas made me feel as if I was helping,I was in a lot of pain after doing the challenge due to my disability. I didn’t even get an entry in to the Challenge prize draw. No kidding,I've emailed them TEN times or more,they are absolutely useless. Avoid their challenges and offers like the plague.

I made my first offer purchase September 8th. The offer made no mention of any shipping restrictions. It wasn't until AFTER I spent my Sweatcoins, visited the site, and attempted to check out that I was informed this offer was for US only.

I requested a refund the same day (following Sweatcoins exact instructions), and have not yet heard a single word about it. Here it is October 05th, and I have yet to even get a response to my request.

I sent another refund request on September 30th, after they had the audacity to send me a "Rate the Quality of Support Received" via email.

SERIOUSLY?

How can I rate quality of support when neither SUPPORT, OR EVEN A RESPONSE for that matter, has even been given!

So here I am, doing something far more aggressive, in the hopes that some ass hat will do their job.

I've had a premium subscription for many months and I've never won any awards, always outstock!

A really bad service, almost like playing a lottery ticket!

I like the Sweatcoin app because it really does reward you. It took four years but an auction did pay off for me. I won a kitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer. The app has been constant for me in adding sweatcoins. This app really does make you want to walk more!!

The app is awful in case of getting money. I spent over a month walking. I earned tokens, but I can't even withdraw them! For what reason I should use this app?

Customer support gave me back my expired product offer, however the daily cap of 6k premium only goes towards a coin that doesn't offer any value besides discounts, the only real value is after the daily cap. Sweatcoins is what I want to receive.

Sweatcoin, is it a scam?
The only thing they do well is count your steps and pay you with Sweatcoins, but currently the worth of the token is nothing, they announced that it would start trading in July, but that has not happened and they have not said anything again.
As for the items that can be purchased with Sweatcoin, I have made 4 orders and only 2 has arrived.
I ordered some flip flops in May and in August they tell me that they have left the factory, hopefully they will arrive at Christmas.
The worst are the Nextearbbudies headphones, they sold them for 175 Sweatcoin, but the code didn't work and in the end they charged me $226 on my Visa. I have written to Sweatcoin claiming and they do not answer, in fact it is the second time that I write "in English" and they never answer or they tell you that they are few working and they will take time to answer. Zero customer service.
I have tried to write to the Nextearbbudies website to cancel the order but the customer service email doesn't exist according to Google. They also have a form that doesn't work, they don't have a return or cancellation section or a way to make a claim, the website doesn't have a place to register or track your order either. This is a scam!
I want to cancel the order and get my money back, but it's impossible! Nobody answer!
If Sweatcoin was a serious app, it would not make its customers lose money in this type of fraudulent websites!

Giving this crappy app a 1 star review. No way to cash out in real money. Just a bunch of stupid other lame options that don't even make sense. Yeah they're creating their own crypto this summer but I bet that will be a dud because the whole crypto market is down right now. Not only that the app started crashing on me. I re installed it and the same issue kept occurring. Kind of a pain in the ass to have to re install every damn day so I deleted it. Not worth the headache or your time for only a few measly dollars which is what you'd get at the end of the day (or should i say year.) lolll

Did not deliver product I paid for delivery, paid for earphones and never received them. Don’t trust them

I really believe these people are frauds, they have this challenges but they do not give u the rewards. I am not even sure they give the donated coins to charities and what value is that? They are just like A discounted store, making money no doubt from retailers and advertisers. I do not believe there are million users as the number app users on iphone and Android combined is less than 200K. I am not sure if their crypto going to be anything worthwhile. Regret paying for prime membership

Forget about the fact that you will ever get anything that you will buy from sweatcoins. Even you will lose the money you will spent for shipping.
Its just fake, spam and waste of time.

I Love This App I Can't Afford A Fit Bit But Even If I Did I'm Not A Person To Wear Jewelry And Watches But This App Still counts all My steps even if I'm not thinking about it. The rewards are great and you can team up with people to increase steps I Also love that they give back and help people not only exercise and do good for the world.

Waste of time. Don't even bother.

The app is poor and there are no genuine "rewards".
