I attempted to place a B2B order on January 28th. Since their webshop cannot handle VAT-exempt (EU) orders automatically, I was forced to complete the purchase manually through an employee.
I provided a screenshot of my basket with the current prices, and was promised a VAT-free invoice "ASAP." It took 14 days and several follow-up emails from my side to get a response. When the invoice finally arrived, the prices had increased.
Despite having written documentation of the prices from the day I initiated the purchase, the company refused to honor the original quote. It is highly unprofessional that a customer is forced to pay for a price hike caused solely by the company’s own 14-day delay and technical limitations.
If this is the level of service provided to new customers trying to spend money, I would be very concerned about how they handle returns or warranty claims. I have chosen not to complete the order and will take my business elsewhere.
