We had a genuinely excellent experience renting our apartment in Copenhagen through Sweet Homes, and particularly with Clarissa Rottbøl Ørum.

Our situation was a little unusual: we were relocating internationally from Argentina to Denmark and had to arrange essentially the entire rental process from abroad. Renting an apartment you haven't been able to visit in person naturally requires a lot of trust, especially when navigating a new country's rental system for the first time.

Clarissa made the whole process significantly easier. From our first conversations through the reservation, paperwork, lease and practical arrangements for moving in, she was consistently responsive, patient and supportive. We had plenty of questions along the way, and she always took the time to answer them and help us understand how things worked in Denmark.

What we particularly appreciated was how comfortable she made us feel managing such an important transaction remotely. She was happy to speak with us directly, explain the different steps, and help coordinate the process with the property administration. At no point did we feel that our questions were an inconvenience.

And, most importantly, everything worked out exactly as hoped. We arrived in Copenhagen, received the apartment as arranged, and it is an amazing place. We feel extremely fortunate to have found it, especially at the price we were able to secure.

International relocations are stressful enough without having to worry about housing, and having someone reliable and helpful on the other side made an enormous difference for us.

We would absolutely recommend Sweet Homes, and especially Clarissa, to anyone looking for a home in Copenhagen. For international tenants trying to arrange a rental from abroad, our experience could not have been better.
