Not very impressed to be honest

Not very impressed to be honest, planned cake for my daughters birthday and go to collect as planned and no answer, no contact what so ever. Completely left us stuck with a upset 5 year old that had been looking forward to this cake as it was a surprise! had a cake 2 weeks ago that was planned for collection on Saturday and then wasn't around for collection so had to collect Sunday. This isn't a professional service and definitely won't be recommending to anyone! money has been paid and I will be after a refund.
Avoid.
