Excellent customer services, my original order arrived damaged, I emailed to let them know and they immediately sent me a new jar of sweets, the sweets are lovely great quality and the jar is packed full.

Excellent customer service, great selection of vegan pick & mix and really good quality! Definitely going back, and would highly recommend.

Tracey from Sweets in the City helped solve my problem with my Jar of sweets received for my birthday very quickly once she was made aware of the issues. This was quickly replaced with another jar, which I have received today. Thank you for making my day.

One jar was my little sister and was meant to read “Well Done.”
It arrived with just “Well.”

Use your common sense please!!

It's ok, not amazing quality, I'd say they are mid-range at best. The Rotella sweets are not very good, but sweets are a matter of opinion.
Delivery was ok - 4 days.
As the sweets were not that memorable, I won't make a repeat purchase.

Excellent service and prompt customer service response. Ordered 3 jars of sweets and due to poor performance by the courier, they were delayed by 24 hours. However Sweets in the City responded to my request promptly and refunded the express delivery charge without being asked. Excellent example of turning a potential problem into a positive experience. I ordered 3 boxes of VEGAN DUALS and a personalised Retro classic sweet jar all for Christmas gifts. I love the way the retro was packed as well as the contents. Sadly I won't be eating them but I wish I was! I had already tried the vegan sweets. I really didn't want to as I was put off by them being vegan, but.....I was amazed at the taste. I would have never guessed I was eating a vegan sweetie. Yes, I will use this company again.

I love Sweets in the City. The vegan duals are my favourite vegan sweets out there! They are so full of flavour and delicious. This applies to all their sweets too, not just the vegan duals. They have a great gifting service which is always received well by friends/family.

This is a nice idea but it is so, so expensive and overpriced. I bought a 'Fizzy Heaven Jar of Joy' from Ocado for £10 - you could probably purchase the plastic jar and all the sweets in it from a supermarket for about £2 and make one yourself. Also, some of the sweets are watermelon flavour and they are so strong that it's overpowered everything else and now they all taste like watermelon.
