The hound needs more food. There are loads of varieties in the supermarkets, but best value is swell pets who I found when we first got hogan 4.5 yrs ago. I wanted Arden grange. Swell pets appeared on a Google search for that food. Since then we have ordered his food from there. He enjoys the food. I know if I orde today, it will be delivered within a couple of days and lots of emails keeping me informed what is going on. A shame that the level of customer service provided could not be matched by some other companies who provide other larger items or services. Recommended without hesitation.

I ordered two large bags of dog food on a Friday evening, so I Knew it would not qualify for the next day delivery and that it would be treated the same as a Monday order and be delivered on the Tuesday which was my day of work.
The order did not arrive until the Wednesday afternoon.
They have always been delivered on time previously, but if the delivery date can not be trusted I will probably have to purchase from elsewhere as it is too big a parcel to expect a neighbour to take in.

Swell pets service I cant fault, however delivery was terrible, driver couldn't find us so just said we were not in, we most definitely were!!. Had to re arrange delivery to another address. Would suggest you use a different company to deliver your products as this has most definitely put me off

Swell pets are the most cheapest and efficient service i have used in the last 5 years they offer good packages although i would like to see them mixed a bit more for example my 2 dogs like different flavours but when you buy 2 bags on offer they are of the same flavour would like to be able to mix them other than that they are great and i wouldn't use anyone else

I'm a regular customer & always find the prices competitive and delivery is quick.

We hadn't used this particular supplier before but because our normal one had run out of stock we didn't have a lot of choice....but what a great decision. They have been absolutely excellent - easy to use web site, free postage on our order, plenty of information by email to keep us up to date as to how things were progressing and next day delivery. Highly recommended.

Purchased 3 pack x 18 punnets of Naturediet. A number of the punnets had leaked inside the boxes resulting in having to wash all 54 punnets. Now I have actually started to use them, the quality is way below any I have purchased over the last 6 years (usually buy online from GW Titmuss, but their website was down). The consistency of the dog food is normally quite hard, like butter or pate. This batch is more like a disgusting yogurt.
