Good job on our annual boiler service

Did our annual boiler service, found them through an online booking consolidator. Turned up on time, work completed efficiently and politely. Many thanks to Daniel who carried out the work.

Recommended, we will use them again in the future for our boiler requirements.

Excellent services

Excellent services. My boiler had a few faulty components that had changed in the past few years. The engineers were polite and very professional. Excellent communication. Thank you for keeping my boiler in good condition. Highly recommended!

Seem happy to leave you with no boiler to use.Have used this company South West…

Have used this company South West Heating Services now twice for annual boiler service from domestic and general. First visit engineer said boiler has rust inside and if he finds a hole in the casing he will condemn the boiler. He didn't find a hole but the threat was unnecessary. This year a young lad came and again on opening the boiler hed said there was a possible leak due to moisture stain so out again came the condemn threat. This time I lost it and asked him to leave. I don't need these threats. If there is a fault then fix it. So he left and put in a report my boiler was a safety risk without doing any tests. He also threatened he would get the gas shut off my property. 15 minutes later a gas van arrives advising me a gas leak has been detected on my property. The really nice guy did comprehensive tests on my meter, the cooker, and the boiler but could find no gas leak. He left and said his report would show no gas leaks. I have now booked a local gas engineer to come and check my boiler. I contacted domestic and general and they said if I wanted it checked and a possible repair they would use the same company. No way South west heating will be back in my house.
