Buyer beware the owner Rizvan Ullah word aint worth shit. I called 2 days prior to placing my order to confirm stock & set a pick up time at his office. Rizvan exact words were I guarantee it will be there along with absolutely someone will be there. I explained we needed the part on the 27 for a show that evening. The arrangements were part of the invoice / contract. We showed up at the arranged time & place, it was his house & his brother definitely was not expecting us. No part & no Rizvan. His brother called him, he started off blaming the warehouse by the end of the conversation it was the courier was late. We left, I called the next day & left a detailed message that we could pick the part up today, the call was never returned. Shipper must have been really late. I sent an email requesting he ship the item to my home at his cost for he breached the contract and it cost us time & gas to drive the 208 km round trip.
He never responded & then refunded my money blaming the servers this time in his email. (Funny his web page updated immediately & other items where being sold) I responded clearly stating I did not want my money back I wanted the product I had paid for. No reply was received & I still have no product. After investigating turns out this man runs out of his house, his pricing is low but his shipping costs are inflated well above the other web stores to make up for his low prices. His customer service consists of anyone with web access answering the questions on his web site for the client. Look elsewhere, this man has no clue what business ethics are. It’s been a week & I still haven’t received my refund.
