Terrible agency

Shocking agency. All nice eh nice when want assignment covered. Been chasing my holiday pay for last 8 week. To be ignored by Zak Davis. Manchester branch. No explanation onto why assignment got cancelled until contacted head guy
35 mins cancellation with no pay.
Avoid at all cost if want hassel free work.

Had nothing but problems with swift

Had nothing but problems with swift, couldn’t put holidays through when asked and couldn’t pay me on time. Asking for your pay was like talking to a brick wall.

Avoid swifft temps- Absolutely Nightmare

If I could give zero stars, I would. This agency is easily the most unprofessional outfit I have ever encountered.
Payment Issues: Don’t expect to get your money on time—or at all without a fight. I had to wait two weeks just to receive my holiday pay, which is legally mine. They treat your hard-earned wages like a suggestion rather than an obligation.
Toxic Management: The manager, Viky, is shockingly rude. Instead of behaving like a professional and resolving payroll errors, she resorts to aggression. When I dared to question where my money was, she actually tried to threaten me with the police. It is a common tactic to intimidate workers so they stop asking for their pay.
Terrible Community: The atmosphere and the way they treat their staff is bottom-tier. There is zero support, zero respect, and a total lack of integrity across the board.
Bottom line: If you value your sanity and want to actually be paid for the work you do, stay far away from Swift Temps. They are a "company" that prefers threats over basic accounting.
