I didn’t find info about EU tax, custum fee In SwimPath. You didn’t warn me about it. In EU I payed tax 128€ for my purhase.

Woeful delivery and communication
Woeful delivery timescales. I ordered an official 'Regionals' t-shirt for my son. He was super excited to have it, it being his first regionals competition. Sadly Swimpath failed to have it in stock for collection at the regional event weekend as they'd said they would. This was a big disappointment as all his mates had their merch. Spoke to the Swimpath guy at the event who assured it would be dispatched the Tuesday after the weekend. It is now two weeks since the regionals ended, we still don't have the t-shirt and all his excitement has gone. What a let down for him.
No communication from them or apology, I've had to chase them about the order multiple times. I'm starting to think I'll never receive this order.
