Have only recently got into kayaking at the grand old age of 48 and the guys at Swindon Watersports were a great help.
They have a passion for what they do and a vast amount of knowledge from years of kayaking. I bought my first boat and all the kit needed to get started, at a really competitive price and at no point did I feel under pressure to purchase something I did not need or want. In fact it took me about three months to make my choice and save the money needed and during that time I popped into the shop on quite a number of occasions for advice and the guys let me try as many boats as I wanted with no obligation to buy.
Novices and seasoned kayaker's alike should give Swindon Watersports a try, I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Great advise.
I bought some stuff to rig out my new (second hand) open canoe and even though i spent tops 40 quid the guys spent about an hour with me looking at the options. They clearly know their stuff and happily make time, I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Great shop - always friendly staff in a great location right next to the river. Couldn't ask for more helpful or knowledgeable staff. I have, and will continue to, unreservedly recommend to friends and family.
