Struggled to book online (problems at my end) so turned up and hoped for the best. Was lucky and my daughter and I hired out 2 bikes for 2 hours. Haven't done offroad cycling for years. The bikes were excellent. The trails were great fun and the whole park is gorgeous! Great team, great bikes. Think I'm hooked again.

The whole organisation for our group was absolutely perfect. The 3 coaches accompanying us were impressively knowledgeable, friendly, professional and went above and beyond in providing a superb service.

The bike hub booking system and staff are excellent. When I ordered a bike I asked about pedals and Will put on a set of gusset pedals with pins that meant I had good grip. I loved the ride of the bike, it was playful and poppy, smoothing trail chatter and making jumps super fun. I found myself going way faster with the same effort as on my GT Zaskar LT hardtail. I sessioned some of the red trails to test the bike and myself - I reached my limits before the bike reached it's. Swinley trails and the facilities there are awesome. That's why I keep coming back.

Bike hire was easy and quick, was out on the trails in less than 5 mins.

Friendly staff, good bike

Simple hire process; bike available on arrival, no qualms. Trails are wonderful; the red one provides nice challenges yet accessible for the non-expert that I am.

Pre-booked (a must I suspect) the bikes which were in good order and waiting for us on arrival. The team on site were very helpful and efficient (important when you have kids itching to get going) - see you again soon.

Pros: easy to park, helpful staff if you hired a bike ensured you knew what you were doing, well signposted, we rode the ‘blue’ trail and there were lots of sections so you could regroup and take a breath - loved this, in a forest so could be done when the weather isn’t so good

Cons: blue trail has 14 sections, section 13 closed with a mesh fence when we got to it, which was fine but we didn’t know. We the. spent a while looking for section 14 incase that one was open but when we asked at the end we were told they were both closed, would have been handy to know this before the ride but it’s a minor comment. I know to ask next time as we can’t wait to go back.
