In Copenhagen airport they sent me photo od windshield crack, which I didn't noticed and probably was photo of some different car and charged me 700 EUR for car damage. But than another invoice landed for another 650 EUR damage without photo, just description - front. Absolute scam, will sue them if necessary.

Beware of a scam!
I returned my vehicle properly and without any accidents!
I asked an on-site employee to inspect the vehicle with me and received confirmation that it was in perfect, undamaged condition!
Five hours later, the company sent me photos of a damaged vehicle bearing my license plate.
The plates had obviously been swapped—all their cars are the same make and color!
At the same time, my credit card was charged €350!
All my attempts to contest this were in vain!
They insist that I have to pay for the damage!
Please stay away from this car rental agency!
I have never experienced anything like this!!!!

I think the technology and the process for administering my car rentals at Copenhagen Airport was absolutely superb. This is definitely the way things will evolve in the future. People changing their habits does take time, but this Car Hire experience will definitely catch on. Downloading the App and its ‘step by step’ instructions took away any need to have ‘face to face’ human interaction. I used the phone support which was a great experience and I am completely converted and if Swipngo expands, I will definitely use it. It should ‘roll out’ beyond Copenhagen and personally, I do hope so. It’s a 10 out of 10 experience for me.

Our first experience using SwipnGo was very positive. I had some questions ahead of the booking and their team was always very responsive. The car was very easy to get to- no waiting for the bus. Just walking out and get your car. The car we ready and clean. Easy to use the service and the team was quick to help when I needed them.

We travel to Denmark many times per year for family and always use the traditional car hire companies. Often met with mysterious charges, phantom damages or given cars that smell of smoke.

We will use them in the future for travel. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience renting with SwipNgo. I travel to Copenhagen often, and before this, renting a car usually meant taking a shuttle bus from the airport, which was quite inconvenient. SwipNgo is located in the CPH Airport metro station, which makes everything much easier.

The rental process was modern and smooth, with a convenient self-service pickup. Contacting customer service was easy, and the car was in great condition. I’ve rented twice already, both times with very pleasant experiences. I can strongly recommend their service and will definitely continue using it.
