Had the lads round to fit a new porch for us, over the moon with the way it has turned out great communication from the office staff from start to finish. Any questions we had where answered straight away will definitely be using swish for any work we need in the future.

3 times I've arranged for someone to come out and give me a quote and 3 times they've failed to turn up! I did belatedly receive a call of apology though so I'm prepared to give the benefit of doubt and assume this is not representative of their normal practice.

Excellent service ( a few delays but all sorted ) from the sales person ,the surveyor and the team who fitted my windows and doors I couldn’t have asked for nicer people would recommend to anyone and the product is excellent (windows and doors)

I've had my Swish conservatory for just over 4 years and I'm extremely happy with the product but the doors had slightly dropped making them difficult to close. I rang Swift to see whether there was anything they could do to help - Steve came out 2 days later and totally rehung the glass in the doors, cleansed where the hardware had bleached and stained the doors, refit the screw covers in the ceiling, refit the external decorative covers and fitted a safety catch to prevent the door slamming in the wind. Totally over and above all service expectation for a callout under warranty. Fantastic customer service!

Swish came and completed the front of my bungalow the fitters Dean and Ray were excellent the craftsmanship is 100% lovely guys great personalities and they got on with the job keeping them topped up with drinks they still carried on they stopped for 5 to 10 minutes just to have a quick bite to eat but then cracked on I can’t praise them enough they are dedicated to doing the job and doing it accurately no flaws whatsoever I will definitely be having them back to do some more work. This company are worth more than 5 stars 10 in my opinion but from Craig coming out first then Steve the surveyor to measure up then Danny from the company while guys were fitting then Steve called afterwards to see if I was happy with Everything I am 1000% with the job from first contact to the completion of the fitting.If anyone is thinking about getting any work done contact this company first you will not be disappointed highly highly recommend. Thank you everyone from swish your the ni1 company in my eyes the proof is in the end product.

We recently had a number of windows and doors replaced through Swish Home Improvements. I can only recommend them highly as the service from start to finish was excellent. From the original sales visit, the update calls from the office, the survey visit from Steve to the installation from Jack and his team, the service was highly professional, efficient and refreshing in this day and age. We are exceptionally happy with the end product and an extra shout out to Jack and his team as their attention to detail and great work was much appreciated!

Just had my full house done with new windows and doors. Can't fault the fitters at all, Dean & Ray were absolutely amazing. Such hard working lads, very polite and respectful. Tidied up after themselves and even made of my little girl. Great pair of lads! Thanks again!

Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is
some miscommunication with the surveyor/office extended the job by a day. However this is no reflection on the fitters or the quality of the windows/doors and the workmanship.
