Criminals. Avoid web shopping from them at all costs.
Bought product from the web site to be delivered to my home country, not Switzerland.
Everything accepted, I get receipt to mail.
Next they ask for substantially amount of money to be paid "because delivery is more expensive".
I ask in mail how do i pay for this delivery.
No response whatsoever.
Thank god i paid with credit card and i can revoke the payment.
There are so many things wrong with this company. First the postal costs, even though selecting the destination country and even after payment is wrong. They WILL ask you for more money.
Second, even though they have lots of people working at email support, if the one guy who responded to your query first is "absent", the others could not care rats ass on whether your case is progressing or not. This is their version. I doubt the real truth is a LOT worse.
Third, the only way i got this to move forward was to leave this review here.
Which means people at this company follow Trustpilot more than their own support mailbox.
If you have problems with them, remember to use TrustPilot, not their absolutely garbage support email.

You are offended that you did not receive a response from us between Wednesday and Friday. We would of course like to respond to all requests within the hour, but sometimes staff illness combined with a period of holidays or very high demand can cause some delays. That said, various email exchanges took place when we returned on Monday and all requests were dealt with within the hour. Please note that the refund request was also processed on the same day. I hope that you, dear Mister Pääkkönen, will also find the opportunity to take a well-deserved holiday or rest.
