the tracker work perfectly , i tried 2 trackers in both my truck and my car and it works really good , and also i like the sms feature in the app.

arrived early , have cool application , i have tried it for a week now and its doing its job perfectly.

The customer support is very bad. My questions were not or only incorrectly answered. I tried continuously to contact them but don't get an answer. Furthermore the smartphone control app of their device is like from another century and not very convenient. You basically communicate with the device via SMS and the app only gives you minimal support with that. If something dosn't work they basically say that the customer is (always) the reason. And cause they are located in Switzerland they do not accept any returns. After you have given them your money you are on your own. Only after I got the devices I found out that it does not fulfill my requirements and now I have to sell it on ebay as my offer to pay for the return was never answered.

Swisstrack is definitely the best online shopping site I've ever used so far. The tracking option of this site is perfect!

Fraud. Nothing else to say. They sold me a unfunctional trash chinese gps solds as a swiss made anti thieft.

AVOID AVOID. TERRIBLE PRODUCT. Poor quality product, impossible to understand instructions. it turns out this is a cheap chines product dressed up to be a Swiss reliable one. And it is not. They have tried to make me think I have made mistakes in the set up but I have not. GPS keeps cutting out. Meant to be a covert system but they wanted me to fit an external antenna! Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the bicycle package with battery and GPS + SIM card.
just under $200 after currency conversion and shipping.
That was June 2, 2020. Its now November 21, 2020. They didn't send it, they didn't provide a tracking number, they have thus far refused to issue a refund after several back and forth emails, I'm now pretty pissed. This is theft at worst and fraud at best. I don't have any real recourse as they are located in another country. I feel completely scammed by this company, I don't recommend anybody else trust them.

Have ordered several times. Fast delivery & they have always arrived in great packaging.

Refusing a refund. Item arrived and instantly discovered as not suitable for the bike frame intended, refusing to refund despite distance selling regulations etc. £175 scam - US company operating in Switzerland carrying out drop shipping from China to avoid the rules. Thankfully able to claim back through credit card.

Not user friendly products.
HORRIBLE customer care. They choose not to pick up your calls, they lie about reimbursements, etc.
They do not know how to find effective solutions for client's issues.
Waste of money, but even worse, TIME.
Better and cheaper products in the market, be smart.

Dealing with this company has been the most awful, frustrating customer service experience I've ever had.
The GPS tracker they sold me for 188 Euros is a rebranded cheap Chinese unit that doesn't work properly. The battery, which they said would last 6 months, lasts 1 week. The SIM card they specially recommended and sold me with the device simply doesn't work in their device; I couldn't get their app to even detect their device until I'd bought another SIM from a different company. Their customer service is inefficient, rude and extremely frustrating. I have wasted dozens of hours and yet more money (buying SIM cards from different companies) trying to get this piece of junk to work. After months (really) and hundreds of emails (really) my device still doesn't work, they've still got my money and all I've got is a big pile of anger and frustration. When I finally started asking for a refund, they simply ignored my emails. I have asked three times now and they're still ignoring me. To top it all off, they tried to get this negative review deleted from this site. Do not believe their marketing or the obviously fake positive reviews here (read them; half of them don't even make sense!). Don't waste your money or time on them. They are either deeply incompetent or straight-up scammers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS.

I've been trying to return back their product. So far have spent two weeks exchanging emails with a rude customer representative whose advice is that since the order payment has been debited from my account, they can't do anything to cancel it, and apparently have no control over shipping the product.
Wish I had read the reviews here before checking out their products, that's genuinely the worst online retailer I've dealt with.
