Moving house

Utterly hopeless

Utterly, utterly hopeless. No hot water for five days, unable to schedule an appointment because their system is down, fails to respond to e-mails.

Great Service

I didn't wait at all until my call was answered by an advisor called Lauren. Lauren was very friendly ans extremely helpful. She was able to sort my issue immediately and explained what happens next.

Confused Appointment

I had to contact Switch 2 because of a problem with my payment meter, i turned out it was off line, an appointment was made for an engineer to come an sort the problem out, unfortunately there was a mix up an the engineer didn't have my appointment on his list, but after a few phone calls he did manage to get to me later on the day of my appointment and sort my problem out, so all good.
