Great experience with this EPOS company. Akib did an excellent job installing our kiosk—he was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. Raimonda was also very helpful and made sure to check in with us as a new customer, which was really appreciated.

Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

Kenny was excellent, he helped us set up the whole menu. Went above and beyond to ensure the new kiosks were up and running correctly and gave full training to the team. Would highly recommend Kenny and the swoopos team!

Akid had been on site all morning setting up our new till system and he has been amazing. Any issues we have had he has rectified very quickly and explained everything.

The software itself is the best ones we have used and is really user friendly even the techno phobes have found it easy. I highly recommend them.

Akib Afsar Was amazing, he fixed our problems at whatever time suited us! He was able to get to the route of the problem, and even followed up with us to double check everything was running smoothly!!!

Had Akib come in and show me the installation of the software and really put his time to train myself and my team. Really enjoyed his willingness to help us to feel comfortable and not many people would really do that. AKIB ACTUALLY HAS THE PERFECT ATTITUDE IN A PROFESSIONAL SETTINGS TO DELIVER A PERFWCT SERVICE. this man needs a raise.
