You don’t know who you’re dealing with?? I think this is the worst place I’ve ever tried for a very small loan and not worth anyone’s time and effort! One minute you’re dealing with a Dallas then it’s a Baylee to a Kate. They’ve asked for me to give them a five star, for what I ask?
Do yourselves a favour and trust me , go elsewhere!!!

Need to liaise with one individual staff and when dealing with multiple staff that's where the landscape changes.
And if you a returning VIP customer your application should be on the home run rather than stagger here and stagger there.
