Pathetic
I made contact with Mikayla from swoosh finance at 9:30am Friday morning. I got tossed around between staff from Mikayla to Scott then Scott to jakayla then from jakayla to Shaun and finally Shaun to Declan. It’s now 5pm Friday they are closed and I have not received any correspondence in regards to my complete application. I am left wondering till Monday if I am successful. For company that claims to fast easy loan applications this has been without a doubt the slowest most incompetent application with any company I have ever experienced.
