I have been using South West Plumbing for quite a few years and have ALWAYS been pleased with the quality of their work.

Today's visit was for my annual boiler service and the engineer was Josh who was very friendly, helpful and professional. A real credit to the company.

Called SW Plumbing with a boiler problem on Tuesday afternoon. Engineer called in same afternoon. It needed a new motor. He left us with heating and hot water and called back on Wednesday morning to fit the new part.
The engineer and the telephone staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful and yet professional. Fantastic service.

Can we say how pleased we are with the work done by Jerry Bollard, the problem we have had with our boiler has gone on for years with no one able to resolve it. On his visit he seemed to know early on what the problem was and quickly fixed it. It has made life a lot easier.

I have been with South West Plumbing now for a number of years, so apart from thinking it's about time that I submitted a review, I feel well qualified to comment. I had previously been (for probably 30 yrs +) with one of the very well known national 'Gas' companies for boiler servicing in a at least three properties. Probably because I didn't think that there were better providers, I thought that they were the 'bees knees' until something went wrong. Then, on reflection I remembered that (as often or not) the engineers that attended were probably sub or casual contractors - mainly because they weren't wearing the uniform as well as them admitting it. I then found South West Plumbing located in Torquay and immediately discovered a well organised and professional company who are clearly 'customer focused'. I have a service contract for my annual boiler service, which simply means that my premium is spread over the year as opposed to feeling that I am 'bound in contract'. I know that I can leave at any time. What I have learnt is that their engineers are all directly employed South West Plumbing engineers, so I have come to know and recognise them. But perhaps more importantly, both their presentation and operational application is systematic, properly recorded and complemented by cleanliness second to none. Today I had a radiator refitted. I've done this job myself before, but because of my anticipated difficulties decided to engage S W Plumbing. In a nutshell, well organised, managed the problems, and, other than the radiator is back and secure, you wouldn't have known he was here! What I particularly liked, was to learn that as a customer with a boiler contract, I received a discounted fee. Not many companies do that! As you can imagine I'm a fan and I won't be going anywhere else for plumbing services

I have used South West Plumbing for many years, and have always found them to be helpful, efficient, pleasant to deal with and very professional in all aspects of work, from reception, to repairs and to servicing. I highly recommend them as a company. They have never disappointed and always rise to the challenge of trying to improve even further. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

I would like to thank South West Plumbing for carrying out the enormous task of disconnecting old towel rails, while keeping the hot water running in 53 flats. Slight misunderstanding at first but that was resolved and whilst not a big job Oakley did exactly what I wanted

It is always refreshing to deal with South West Plumbing Services Ltd. There is always a human to answer the phone and the queries are handled quickly and professionally.

For a number of years we have had SWPS contracted to regularly service our gas boiler and gas fires so decided to choose them to replace our old inefficient gas boiler with the latest model, overhaul the heating system and refurbish the radiator valves.

The original survey was undertaken by Roger Mawson in a friendly, informative and thorough manner with excellent guidance and advice. The acceptable quote for the work was produced in good time.

The installation engineer, Andrei, arrived on time every day, having let us know by text that he was en route. Over four days, he carried out the installation, with help from his colleagues, in a friendly, cooperative and professional way. Each evening the work area was left clean and tidy.

It was a pleasure to meet Andrei and apprentice Mike. We thank them both for their friendly advice, cooperation, consideration and commitment to doing a thoroughly good job.

We have no hesitation in providing a 100% recommendation for this Company. Their motto is “the professional team you can trust“. We could not put it better ourselves.

From the start to completion of our new boiler (quote, installation, finance application and service agreement) SWPS were very approachable, professional, organised, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. We arranged for South West Plumbing Services to service our gas-fired condensing boiler last month, after it had been maintained for a number of years by another company. The service provided by their engineer, Andrei, was excellent. He arrived on time, was very polite and considerate, and explained to us how the boiler and hot water system worked. He also provided advice to us on the things we should do to make sure that the overall system works efficiently.

Having struggled obtaining any service from British Gas for the last few years I recently chose South West Plumbing Services to install a new boiler.

The advice I received from Bill Yeoman and the telephone support from Sue Corby have been brilliant.

As far as the installation the engineers have been superb, Fraser Warwick, Jerry Bollard, and Roger Mawson.

I recently contacted South West Plumbing Services (Torquay Branch) and asked if they could repair/replace a stop cock that was completely seized solid in a property I own and which was on the market for sale. As I live approximately a 2 hour drive away from Torquay I asked if they would they be able to give me an expected time the plumber would arrive. Sue the lady in the office was absolutely brilliant and kept me informed when the the plumber would arrive. Jerry the plumber was an extremely competent and polite worker and did a fantastic job.
This is the first time I have used this company and would most definitely recommended this company to anyone. The service from start to finish was second to none. Thank you

Bill Yeoman attended to do the survey. He was extremely knowledgeable and most helpful in guiding me to decide what would be my best solution.
