I recently made the switch to Swytch after experiencing issues with another well-known expat mobile phone solution that failed. Swytch just works!

The app is very easy to use. The process of porting over my UK mobile number was straighfporward.

Really easy to setup the account and excellent customer service (responsive, helpful and knowledgeable) to assist in porting in my existing number post account creation. Also, have used both voice and text services and they work great. Highly recommended option for a phone line!

Really helpful service. I used Swytch to keep my original number when travelling. I received messages and calls without any issues.
The customer service was also excellent. They were helpful with the onboarding and offboarding process and replied quickly. I didn’t need to contact them with any issues which is testament to the quality service provided.

I would absolutely recommend Swytch. Following a move from Scotland to Australia I was keen to keep hold of my UK number as there’s so many contacts and apps/businesses connected to our mobiles now (one time codes etc). The personalised service I’ve had from Simon has been brilliant. He’s kept me informed along the way to ensure all was smooth. I followed all his advice along the way and the transfer was spot on. Email correspondence was quick, helpful and the staff were friendly and responsive. They took the time to explain what I needed to do for each step in the process of porting over my phone number. The service works well for a good price (much cheaper and more convenient than maintaining my UK phone contract). A great experience overall.

Does what it says on the tin. Handy for holding on to old numbers that don't get high traffic.

Extremely helpful staff, and super quick to sort out issues. I could barely find any way to keep my UK phone number from another provider, while here in Aus; but they were able to help me actually save me from loosing my number through transferring with a PAC code. Super impressed with what they offer. :)
