Sizes are all over the place

Sizes are all over the place. Ordered 5 T-shirts in M size and each one was different to the other

Multiple emails to customer service with no response

Such a shame… as the t shirts look great. Suspect this is a similar issue to what happened with HERA a couple of years ago… neither of them were prepared and ready to scale (HERA have now sorted that out)

Was supposed to be posted out in 48 hours, keep being told it’s been dispatched but Royal Mail never received the parcel. The customer service are telling lies and it’s non existent when you ask for a refund

Sick clothing

Found these on instagram and had a browse of their site. Some decent gear for a decent price so placed an order. Then I seen some of the reviews on here and was a bit sceptical and even tried to cancel the order. The order arrived 2 days later and I’m absolutely over the moon. Ordered 2 T-shirts and the quality is sick, the cargo trousers and the shorts are the best I’ve found, both lightweight and ideal for summer. I’ll deffo be ordering again

No customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. The items ordered were not true to size. They don’t care about the customer. Tried to get a refund items send back unworn in the packaging they arrived in, no tags but didn’t remeber tags being attached. Refund refused and even when telling them the reason for the return is because their items are not true to size they did not acknowledge this in any of the comms and totally ignored the fact they are selling items that are not a true fit to the size. No concern for the customer at all.

Do not use - non-existent customer service

Ordered two shirts from this company which arrived in okay time and seemed of good quality, although they were slightly smaller in size than advertised (size guide) so I emailed them requesting an exchange for a larger size…. no response.

Cue over a week later, still no response so another email sent. No response yet again over 2 weeks after that.

I DM’d their Instagram account and they eventually replied saying they couldn’t see my email so asked me to resend, which I did. They said thanks and said they’d get back to me ASAP - over 11 days on still no response.

Terrible company with non-existent customer service but they’re still happy to take in everyone’s money from new orders

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company , shocking communication, and I mean zero reply to my emails for 2 months. There insta also does not reply

The clothing items I purchased are defective and I’ve no choice but to now take this to the small claims court

Terrible communication

Terrible communication. For some reason when I tried to make a payment it reset to an old address.

Contacted them via email immediately. Followed up a few times. However they didn't get back to me quick enough.

When they did they told me it was my fault and the item had been sent out. Unbelievably I have seen a very similar negative review, which leads me to believe there might be a fault with their payment system. As this has never happened to me before and I hadn't lived at the address for years.

Not great service at all.

Poor customer service

Awful communication off Shiva and Jay! (Directors of the company)

Used a quick buy platform that somehow picked up my old address and went straight through to payment. It wouldn't let me edit it or confirm or anything beforehand (my fault for not updating Google settings, fair enough!)

However, I messaged them straight away by email and insta and apologised for my mistake and asked if they could change the address before the item was shipped. Got no reply off email. Finally got a response 2 days later on insta but it was after my item had already been shipped and I was told that the shipping team will usually send out package before the customer service team have a chance to answer emails, so there is nothing they can do.
Sorry boys but you're not ASOS, highly doubt you have a lot of emails to go through, there should of been a reply within at least 24 hours especially for a small business!

I luckily managed to get my item from my old address. Unfortunately it didn't fit/suit so sent back for a refund. Had to pay delivery costs to return to them and got ignored when asked if I could claim the delivery costs back even though I had already paid for the original delivery costs and then had to pay again to return. They saw my messages on Instagram and still ignored. I was lucky I still got the refund for the actual items to be honest, at one point I thought I wasn't going to get anything because there was no communication.

Poor customer service, it has put me off buying from Instagram. Make sure you triple check reviews before buying from a relatively unknown brand.
