Don't work for them they don't pay

I have participated with them in my PayPal study. Everything went well but the interview was much longer than they described earlier.

I completed a study on my chemotherapy treatment 2 months ago and still have yet to be paid. The representative was originally responsive to my email concerns, but now they no longer respond to them. I feel used for having provided information on such a vulnerable subject. I have taken up a formal complaint with MRS and Resolver, and hope that this sorts the issue out. But I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Took part in online survey with the incentive of an Amazon voucher, unfortunately after being told I would be receiving this I’m still waiting on it, I’m now being ignored and I think it’s very unfair to waste peoples time and not pay out, would never do another one for this company

Agreed with other reviews regarding project management team - payment was slightly delayed but overall ok experience.

Unfortunately I have had a similar experience to those who have reviewed here before. The project team at the company are great and I would work with them anytime but the company is not paying its bills and I have had several promises of payment none of which materialised. Avoid, or insist on prepayment.
UPDATE: I have finally been paid (in January) so I hope the company is in a better place now and I wish them well.

Same as most people here failure to pay the agreed fee, they contacted me to participate in a paid 1-hour research interview which was completed and actually took much more time, due to considerable research required and was highly valuable professional advice. Syncvo failed to pay the fee. Payment was never received, even after multiple emails and telephone conversations, where assured the delay was due to technical reasons, payment did not materialise. Now they are completely uncontactable. We will be taking legal action.

Complete scam. They contacted me to participate in a paid 1-hour interview for a wellness practitioner study for a $250 fee. According to the interviewer, the client was a large and well-known supplement company. The interview lasted longer than 1 hour and was quite in-depth. Payment never arrived. When I followed up, I was told by Danhill Licmo that "...we just have an issue on our bank blocking all our outbound payment. As of now, we are resolving the issue and we are yet to hear from the accounts when it will be sorted. I will be giving you an update again on the status most likely next week. Rest assured that you will be paid for your participation, our team is working on it." I never heard from him again and never received payment, despite reaching out several times.

This is a scam company. Outstanding payment over 5 months, and I have sent them more than 10 emails to recover the payment. A lot of excuses and empty promises. To date, no payment received! I have reported it to actionfraud uk after seeking legal advice.

Avoid doing any work for this company at all costs!

Mixed feelings! I understand they’re a startup.. Hopeful they’ll sail through. Wished process could be faster. I’ll stick around for another few research and see how it goes.

I was contacted via LinkedIn to participate in a research survey. I completed the session which lasted about 2 hours. I was promised compensation via Amazon voucher or bank transfer. I was uncomfortable giving financial information and requested an Amazon voucher. A month later they informed me they could only do a bank transfer and when I responded I would prefer the originally agreed upon arrangement I was ghosted. It seems like they are either a scam or a poorly run business.

Professional company and great experience. They have committed to pay the incentive in 22 days and paid us on time. I have referred three colleagues and got referral incentive as well. Very satisfied!

This is a sham company that is run by dishonest people. Outstanding payment for 6+ months as at Nov-23. All staff have stopped replying to their emails and no update on when the funds would be received. Avoid doing work for, or with this company!

Despite their reply to this posting, I followed their instructions and have still heard nothing, more than 1 month later (Dec-23)!! THIS IS A SHAM AND SCAM COMPANY AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED!!
