We had problems accessing Synthesis
We had problems accessing Synthesis, and the support team was very determined to help us. Unfortunately, the technical problem seemed complex and we didn't get to class in time. But I cannot fail to comment on the great effort they made with us.The problem occurred on the 28th of Dec. I want to complete that everything has been resolved and I am very grateful! Not for non-typical learners
They are really trying hard and have great teachers and leaders. This is a great program for some kids. I do not suggest this program for kids with non-typical learning styles.

Would love to see more direct observations on growth seen during my child's interaction during the meet.
I appreciate that it's a start up and resources are stretched. However a monthly review would be great. Would also like to see if the child gets a certificate of completion.

Fail twice to meet the deadline
It is too early to tell if Synthesis is making a difference for my daughter. But one thing for sure is Synthesis is not good at keeping deadline. The result of her alpha application has been delayed and it took a few days to announce it on the website to a new date. Even with the new date (which is yesterday), there is still no update on the status.

What ever you do must be good because my kiddo looks forward to it every week and can’t wait to be logged in early and wants to stay late!!!! He feels a great connection with the other kids and especially staff. I plan to keep him apart of this program as long as he possibly can. His dad and I tell everyone about it.
