Did not fit the 3 cushion seat cover didn't even fit the 2 cushion love seat. We were very sick with Covid so just decided to cover the seat cushions only not the whole sofa or loveseat. Well they aren't waterproof either, we have a puppy who was alone for a few minutes and wet on the sofa well it went right through. So save your $ my 14 day return had passed because we were sick plus now they've been used. Bad product lies all the way around.

I ordered sofa covers but instead received 2 ridiculous useless lamps. I complained and asked either for a refund or for them to send the product I actually did order, however they refused to do either. First I thought that they were just unorganized, but having read so many identical experiences, I am sure it was their intent to cheat from the beginning. They send ou something worth $3 and bill you 30 times as much initially. This is a FRAUDULENT company, do not order anything from them!

Ordered two covers, the colours were not exactly what we ordered but that was a minor issue..the covers fitted really badly with creases and stretch material lifting away..that aside when i contacted them, they wanted pictures of the covers, the postage label ( which if we had an issue after a couple of days, it would be in the bin ), i raised a dispute through paypal, at which point they declined to contact me direct but had offered a resolution through paypal..that was false, they had not replied to my dispute...MY biggest regret ..not reviewing this awful company..every company has issues with products at some stage..its how you look after your customers that matter

I ordered 3 sets of covers. Received them in good time, quality of material is very good. Fits very well. Totally happy with my purchase

I ordered 2 covers. 1 was perfect the other was not the correct one. I contacted them so that they can send the correct one only to receive n email 4 weeks later. They offered to give me a refund of $12. I paid $32. I didn't want a refund i just want what I ordered. They said I have to pay $20 to ship it and that it will take a month for a refund. This is ridiculous!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE CROOKED! I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS BUT COULDN'T JUST TO WRITE THIS REVIEW! CON ARTIST.

This is a SCAM. Do NOT order from these THIEVES. They sent ONE item of a set I ordered, then when I contacted them to ask about the rest, they claimed I've received it. This is a lie.

They are not using real images in the website. I bought the yellow cover and I thought that was suppose to be like the colour in the picture, but what I got was a very vibrant yellow. I tried to contact them to see about this problem, because when we buy online is the duty of the seller to show the real product, not a fake image, but they never reply my email.
I'm very disappointed with the product and customer service.
