This tool is easy to use and very helpful for unlocking PDF documents. I had a little trouble installing and the online support was prompt and extremely helpful.

migrated from exchange 2003 to imap server. support was very helpfull the whole way.

Had to convert years of Gmail custom domain emails to another vendor (free Gmail Suite ending). Using the conversion software it was a breeze. Note, I tried to use the transfer option via IMAP but failed to convert all of the emails. But, using their product Gmail Backup Tool it brought every last email in. Even contacted their support because I didn't get the activation key right away - they were quick online providing me the key after a print of the payment confirmation. Great customer service, quick answer/response and the tool worked out of box. 5 Star!
