I attended the Los Angeles Systema training seminar with Vadim Starov, and the work was awesome. I was completely shocked at the effectiveness of the Spetsnaz training in action. It was very impressive all of it. I also would like to say that Vadim is an excellent teacher,we would not move on until everything was completely understood,and he explained everything in great detail including the psychology.
