Ace Customer Service

Updating my review. Their customer service is light years AHEAD of all the other hosting sites. I've read reviews of other sites and based on my own experience of the past, I still think t35 hosting is the BEST. They are already resolving the issue I had. I should have contacted support via email, but I only have issues with them once a year, and I already had that (issues that are resolved very quickly and same day) so I assumed I wasn't having one of those. Live and learn. I'm the fool! lol

Run and Hide

The second you sign up for a domain with T35 you will begin to receive tons of spam calls. I am receiving 10-15 calls daily from spammers stating they want to help me with my domain. I am a physician who must answer each of my calls, and therefore spend large amounts of my extremely limited time attempting to be taken off of call lists. A huge downgrade in my life experience, all because I purchase a domain from them. This company is bad news. Run and hide.

We don't share any of your contact information with anyone. However, registering a domain means your contact information becomes public on the internet. I would highly suggest you select domain privacy on your domain to make sure your public information is hidden - preventing spammers and scammers from contacting you. If you reach out to our support, we can help walk you through enabling domain privacy. Unfortunately, register a domain without domain privacy often results in lots of scammers scraping your information - but please reach out to our support and we will help!
