After my last hairdryer was on its way out I searched around for the best rated hairdryer, being a hairdresser I needed a reliable good quality hairdryer, after reading so many good reviews I decided to purchase this hairdryer and right from the beginning I’ve been disappointed the quality is so plasticky it feels like a travel hairdryer that’s £10 from boots it only has two speed settings so it’s the slowest hairdryer I’ve ever used and after using it about six or seven times it started to cut out after 20 minutes of overheating, it happened several times I contacted the company for which I had to send photos, videos they kept telling me it was probably this and probably that for weeks, instead of just asking me to return it and replace their faulty item. I wish I’d of just purchased the Dyson to be honest as this is nothing in comparison, I honestly can’t understand where all these good reviews have come from!

I placed an order on their UK website which states it delivers to Ireland but when I was entering address at checkout only UK came up. I though it was just a glitch but ordered anyway. Then I sent an email to make sure my order was confirmed for Ireland and the reply I got back was was no they don’t. Nothing else mentioned about refunding me or anything. I sent numerous amount of emails back an no one has got back to me. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY from their website. Absolute disgrace. I’ve an open dispute now with PayPal.

I am very concerned about this website. I placed an order on 6th of March received a confirmation email to say my order was on its way. Yesterday I phoned them up and was told it would arrive today. It still has not arrived. I really wonder what happened to my order and what's taking it so long to arrive. Lets see what happens...
