Dear Tablet2Cases We have Bought several times from you and in the last order we had an issue that we received the wrong cases, We actually send these cases to Venezuela and the cases are all the way over there since it was the same code and product we trusted the order to be the exact same I have always contacted someone called Carlos Ayon
but I cannot reach him since march 19 and I would like to know what is going to happen since he had told me I would get a replacement since I sent the corresponding pictures of the cases of different size and the proper packaging
I get no answer from the contact person or customer service it is like they disappeared

Good but got a problem
Hiya, I love the keyboard that i have purchased from you but i have one problem. The problem is when i connect my bluetooth cooper executive keyboard to my tablet after not using it for about 30 seconds or so my keyboard randomly disconnects from bluetooth. Have you got any solutions to this ?

This company did offer me a new case AND a refund for the defective case. I have already received the credit on Amazon and a tracking # for the new case arriving in a couple of days. This company does stand behind their products 100%. changing my rating to a 5
Received the back-lit executive tablet cover with back-lit keyboard. The keyboard is great but the bottom clips on the cover holder my kindle broke within a couple months. I now have elastic holding it together. Company said warranty was only 6 month unless I filled out a registration to up it to 1 year. No such registration exists in the box. Besides this happened due to defective clips. They offered a discount if I buy a new one with a 1 year warranty, but their discounted price was more than Amazon's regular price. I now will research other brands since I have to buy a new case.

Actually received a follow up email to see how I liked the keyboard and case. I had problems with the keyboard on the first order, but a replacement was sent within days of Tablets2Cases finding out about my problem. These can't be beat for quality, and customer service is amazing! Don't hesitate buying from Tablets2Cases. They really do stand behind what they sell!!!

I tried to order a Cooper Desk Pro and was given a shipping cost on the website, then I was told it was significantly higher by customer support. No where on the website said that the warehouse in Canada did not have stock at this time and that shipping from Hong Kong would be astronomical. I had to cancel my order.

I am sorry to hear about this unsatisfactory experience you have had with us.
I have checked the whole conversation of your email, and I found out that initially, you have contacted to place an order; however, during checkout, the system will not accept your mailing address.
We have investigated further and informed you right away that the item was out of stock in Canada(and is still out of stock in Canada at the moment), causing your order not to push through.
Indeed, it is not showing out of stocks on our website due to we still have stocks available from our international warehouse. We have also mentioned that oversized products like the tables are not shipped from our main warehouse due to their size.
We have also given you options if you are willing to wait for the restock by Mid-April and put your order on hold or cancel and process a full refund. You chose to be refunded, and we did.
Furthermore, the shipping cost showing on the website stating that "*Oversize orders (folding desks) are not free. Delivery cost ranges from $18.95 to $29.95." is when the product is available in our local warehouse since this product can only be shipped from our local warehouse due to its size.
We have given you information on the shipping cost if you want to ship it from our main warehouse. However, after that last email, we have not heard back from you.
It is true that scenarios like this really disappoint us, especially if we like the product. However, the Support Department was able to inform you promptly with the details. Our goal is to give our customers satisfaction with your purchase, but we can't push the item we liked if it's out of stock.
Though your experience with us did not go well, we are still looking forward to having business with you again.

I was skeptical of this company at first.
I was skeptical of this company's website. I have been scammed in the past from companies posing as legit. I received exactly what I ordered, and in fairly decent time. Even though they charged $6 for shipping, and you can usually get free shipping from China. It might have been the reason I received the keyboard case in 2 weeks rather than 2 months. Not complaining.
About the keyboard case: So far I really like it. It is light and small, which was exactly what I was looking for. Hopefully the faux leather wont start cracking and peeling, but it feels nice and very professional looking.
I received a lot of emails to reassure me all was well in shipping. I didn't care too much for the dancing video. I didn't click on it, because it seemed like juvenile click-bait. Sorry, just an old lady's opinion.
When I thought I had an issue, they were kind and helped me figure out the problem, which was with my old android tablet. I tested the keyboard with Windows and it worked perfectly with no flaws.
I will defiantly recommend this company to others.
