I ordered a new table tennis bat, and from the service that I received you would have thought I'd spent a fortune. The whole thing was really top quality service. The professional site was one of the easiest and most explicit I've come across in years. Because of this I will definitely be a returning customer and hopefully spend a lot more in the future.

i have been trying and trying to get in contact with someone to help, it seems there is no one to help.

The service, yodel are appalling! I have been back and forth and they look at you like your stupid. There was no drop card to say they had been to my house, so I tracked it online. They stil, haven't located my bat and now I have no bat and I'm out of pocket.

They sent me an incorrect table tennis bat cover.The item I received was completely different to the image on their website.
They would not reply to any of the emails I sent regarding the incorrect item sent and did not respond either to the letter which was sent to their office so I am left with the incorrect item even though it is their error.
The worst customer care I have ever experienced.

overall a and the pain free experience and the quality of the bat was very good. my only downside was that the practise balls supplied were of low quality but I should have realised that for the price paid (very inexpensive) you get what you pay for.

table tennis balls arrived damaged in the post - not the suppliers fault. BUT when I contacted their customer service staff I was told a manager would call I am still waiting many weeks down the line!

We ordered some bats and balls, to replace the ones bought with a training table. The items were delivered on time, well packaged, and worked perfectly.

Bought a Dunlop Table Tennis bat as a birthday present for my grandson. It is now very difficult to beat him - unless I borrow his bat!

I am setting up a pilot run for a new table tennis club for seniors and I wanted to buy some cheap bats for beginners. On a Thursday I ordered a set of four for a very reasonable price and they were delivered the next day - less than 24 hours after I placed the order, and there was no charge for carriage. The bats are very good value for money and the service has been simply excellent. I will use them again.

Table Tennis Pro is a great site with great prices, delivery came within a day or so and I was really happy with the item.

One thing I would say is that they should have online tracking. When I wanted to see where my item was I clicked the button to track my order which sent an email to someone in their team! My item had arrived only I hadn't realised yet and someone had to send me an email.

Other than that great service, very happy!

I was very happy at the owner who took the order and he was very helpful and the table was delivered next day as promised. Although I had agreed that we would give a hand to take the table out of the van but we did not realise how heavy it was. The driver said to my son that he should not be doing this. One problem which I have forwarded by E mail is that there was a scratch on the table. Besides this and the heavy table we were very pleased.
