We have looked at the tracking information from your order and the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail on Tuesday 6th of February 2024. If the parcel wasn't delivered to the correct address or there was an issue with the delivery we would need to be informed as soon as possible so we can contact Royal Mail and ask them to investigate the issue.
We have looked through our records and we don't have an email reporting this issue so we were unaware of the problem until reading this Trustpilot review.

I've used a few shops to buy vape juice and this company is great to deal with, I've used them now 3 times and every time they are quick to get my order out. Products are of good quality and prices are always good.
1 of the items I ordered was not in stock, they called me and informed me and gave me a few options, even with this the delivery was still super quick
