A bit late on delivery . Ordered wednesday with48 hour tracked . Tracking said it wasn't received till saturday but could be royal mail or tackleuk. Got it now and all as expected .

Quick delivery good price and cant fault anything

This tackle shop has to be the worst one ive ever used. Extreemely unhappy with the quality of goods I purchased and the absoloute nightmare of customer service that followed. Every single person I spoke to about my issue was unhelpful and condescending in attitude. I bought 3x diawa crosscast 12ft 3.5lbs for a fishing trip this friday. I recieved one rod on tuesday the eyes on the top section of the rod were not correctly aligned. I recieved another 2 the day after one of them was the same. I rang up to see what could be done I got told I would have to raise a "ticket" online. I advised im dyslexic and cant really use the site which is why im ringing. At first I was told we'll thats how you would do it. Only after pointing out that ok I cant use the site and ive bought a set of carp.rods for a trip this weekend and they are faulty. I cant use the site so wht do I do now? Just go cry in the corner. The unhelpful assistant begrudgingly raised a ticket for me after I pointed out the stupidity of his response. Then later when i asked to raise a complaint. I was told i have yo go use the site again to raise a "ticket," just so you know if you struggle and have a disability and need to complain you cant without k ocking on next door or asking a friend to come help you. Tackle uk couldnt care less about your disabilty in anyway. Fast forward to recieveing an email from some people who deal with returns or whatever. I offered to pay a little extra to have 3 replacement rods sent up at the same time as collecting the other 3. I was denied. Saying I cant do that for rods that "might" be faulty. Even though she agreed that she could see the error on one of the rods. Im assuming they couldn't see from the picture I took of the second one. Was never asked for a clearer picture to verify what im saying so they weren't just "might" be faulty. They were both confirmed to be faulty and not just one. So I was was gaslighted with a 5percent off my next purchase 🤣 as a "gesture of good will". You can literally just pull this off the Internet. You think i want ANY more tackle from you 🤣🤦‍♂️ thats not a gesture in the slightest thats an insult. I also offered to recieve a partial refund and keep the rods and just sell them when I get back from the fishing trip this weekend and not loose even more money than I would from having to sell them on normally. I was offered NOTHING. I was then told that would be their last communication on the matter. With absolutely nothing agreed between me and the tackle shop. Oh and I was told I can gladly purchase 3 more rods fully with my own money (of ehich i dont have) and wait till next week for these useless individuals to get back to me and give me a refund. So now I can either keep 3 rods. 2 of which are faulty or I can send them back and only recieve a refund 3 days after I get back from a trip I now cant go on because ive literally got 1 rod I could use. Thanks for nothing tackle uk. Your a pathetic excuse for a tackle shop. Please be aware if you have any issues with any of their products they will do literally nothing to help you resolve this and will gaslight you by offering you nonsense "good will guestures" and saying that your equiptment "could" be faulty. Even they they verified they could see the fault in atleast one picture. Absolutely shocking. Its a big no from me. Totally useless. Take forever to even get back to you. Will speak snottily to you over the phone. Will end their "customer service" which is none existent and just leave you with no equiptment to fish with even though you've offered them every solution under the sun. PATHETIC. GO SHOVE YOUR ,"COMPANY POLICY" WHERE THE SUN DOESNT SHINE. I also know of another friend who bought 3 rods from here last week and when he received them one of them snapped on the 2nd cast. Dunno if these are just selling 2nd hand gear or ones that are basically seconds. but its embarrassingly bad and customer service is none existent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Also. Told me I would have to confirm before 2.30pm if I wanted them collecting tommorow. Then was asked if I want them collecting tommora at 15.50pm. These people are just bare faced liars at this point.

Poor. Delivery promised within 2 days....10 days later..no delivery.

Ordered some pellets on a Saturday expecting the 2 day delivery as stated and the item took 4 days just to be sent and still had to wait for delivery.

Hello, received my lures last Friday, Saturday, as always adequately packaged, no damage, good quality lures, at a good price, I have stopped checking out other shops now, any sg lures I've been after, you have always got, great selection, never let me down once, your shop is No 1, and I don't think you have to change anything, so big thanks till next time
