I had a problem with ordering from the website, and I don't know whether it was my internet connection, my phone, PayPal or their website, however their staff reached out to me and were so kind ❤️ and really made up for any slight problems I'd had that were possibly not even their fault.
My boots arrived today and I am so pleased.

Poor customer service, called left messages and no one gets back to you, they want us to support small businesses, but not when you can't even be bothered about your customers.

Bought a few things from here on various occasions, they always arrived promptly within the time specified and the rugs were packed accordingly. I find their prices really good and there's a great selection of products on their website, I got a fantastic turnout rug and two liners for £89, bargain.
I would highly recommend checking them out and I will definitely use again.

Watch their sizes they come up smaller than they advertise also customer service if you raise an issue is atrocious! Communication is poor they leave you waiting on purpose and the company director is a bully the company will NOT listen to any proof!

Bought a pair of ariat boots. Cheapest online and they arrived the next day. Fabulous.

Purchased a pair of Ariat wellies last year and they were so comfy for walking the dogs. Found they had a leak. E mailed Eileen Douglas to explain and lo and behold she’s sending me a new pair. So grateful, great customer care, no fuss.

I registered for the online auction last night (Monday evenings) and won a bid on a gorgeous Ariat Show Shirt for £10.
Super easy to use, you get emails as the auction is running if you have been outbid so can then increase your bid. Most items are £1 increments. Loads of lots every week. Easy and quick payment after auction. No sign up fees. The first time guide was really helpful.

I ordered a jacket at the beginning of this year. A few weeks ago it's zip failed. I contacted Eileen Douglas Tack to ask if they could suggest anything. I would have been happy with the offer of a repair. Instead, a replacement jacket arrived today, on 48 hour delivery. There was no quibbling, just excellent customer service. Really pleased. Very disappointed with the customer service. Purchased a pair of boots, they were far too big so returned.
Disgusted I had to send £2.95 attached to the return note then another £7 for postage.
I will not be using this company again!

Bought a fabulous Rambo rug for my senior dog as he struggles with the cold. It arrived super quickly but was miles too big despite my measurements. Returned for an exchange which again arrived super quickly. Zero fuss, great communication via email. Cannot rate highly enough. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

Can't fault this firm, the cheapest by far for the spray that I bought and sent out extremely quickly.

I do not recommend this company at all! I have been looking into my bank statements and they have been taking £300 upwards out of my account without my permission!!! I bought 2 pairs of boots and that should have been only transaction! They have take hundreds out of my account without my agreement

I ordered some Aigle Wellington boots, and some gloves. The boots were half price. When the parcel arrived, the boots were great, but the gloves were missing. I phoned up, they apologised, and the gloves were with me the next day! Fantastic customer service and great prices. Highly recommended.

Very very poor customer service!!
I purchased a fly rug over the weekend only to have a message back on Monday morning to say the rug was out of stock! And could I chose I alternative.
I message back to say I take a size smaller, as I check availability online as it was in stock.
Waited, waited no reply, message again and now that size was out of stock.
But as I was waiting for their reply surly I should be given first preference on the rug before they sold it?
I called up but again all I got was an apology but that doesn’t get me what I originally wanted!,,
I will never use Eileen Douglas again for my 10 horses!!
