Don’t go if you have allergies! They don’t listen and say it’s not cheese when it’s looking them in the face! Dangerous and rude

I was so happy that taco bell finally came to a closer location. My family loves taco bell. We've went their 6 times and everytime we have went we've ordered and always food barely nuke warm hardly anything in the tacos or burritos and shells are hard like theyve been uncovered and sitting around. they charger for special sauces and when u order them u get no sauces happened everytime along with every time i have came their employees are either being rude or snobish.and always takes over a half hour to an hour to get my food. When their slow or busy. The staff is always concerned with drive threw and didn't care about the 20+ customers in the lobby waiting over 30 minutes for their food. So not cool. Employees have no rush to do anything even when their slow they take forever to get orders made and to the customers.they need lessons on service. Bad way to start a new restaurant.

This place is way too overpriced now for one taco in a taco box is equivalent to 1 dollar. I'm about a the 12-piece taco box all soft tacos and two cheesy bean rice burritos and came out to be $28. I was like you know I'll just go ahead and get a burrito for myself on the side I bought a double beef cheesy burrito and they gave me a chicken fiesta burrito, I get home to start giving my kids the tacos couple of them had way too much lettuce hardly any cheese and a few of them had the cheese at the end of the taco I go in to buy my cheesy bean rice burrito and all my liquid cheese at the bottom. This is my experience every time I go to talk about and it's been like this going on worse for the past couple years. I'm going to this place or nothing but a bunch of lazy kids who can't build a burrito properly and the company is just going down in quality. I'm pretty sure the only way they're keeping themselves afloat is because it's now a money laundering business.

I attempted multiple times to order thru the online app. It showed it went thru and the money came out of my account. When I got up to the window the lady argued with me and told me to give it a few more minutes and then come back thru the drive thru again.
I waited in the parking lot for 5 mins and went back thru. Again she told me that they didn't have the order and I must have done it wrong. She was very rude and unprofessional.
I ended up going to a different Taco Bell since my child HAD TO HAVE IT. And had a better experience, but still issues with the app not communicating with the store.

Where's the pork part of Mexican culture.

An hour and a half waiting time - no problem !!! It’s Sunday afternoon everyone is rushing to get some grub, once we got the food I was shocked by how powerful the branding is !
Let me be honest the food is what it is ! You pay €2 u get €2 worth of grub!
This place serves the worst option of home made tacos , burritos etc.
Sorry I don’t usually complain online but this is far too much to be standing there over an hour in the queue like a muppets and being eating something that even doesn’t match Mexican food by 20%!

Received a delivery last night, which was clay cold and just a soggy mess ! Paid £30, complained and was told there was nothing which could be done. If they can’t provide a hot edible meal they should narrow the distance down. Horrendous food and customer service

Drove all the way from Adamstown to Taco Bell off the M3 Dunshaughlin. We got there at 8.30pm today Sat 11.10.25. Never made it past the security outside. They CLOSE every night at 7.30pm, this includes the drive thru. We were not the only family stood there disappointed. The queue inside was crazy so those people were there ages!! Avoid.

Customer service is mean to me and took awhile to get my food. The food didn’t make me feel so good either.

Where's the beef????! My husband ordered two beef burritos from this location. He thought he would give it another chance. To his disappointment once again, the beef burrito was a cheesy mess with rice and very little beef. This is not a beef burrito!! We will not be ordering from this location ever again. Quite a disappointment when you pay for something and expect it to be the way it's supposed to be only to be disappointed!!! This was the taco bell at the Grimsby plaza.

The food is grate make it how you want it they are very polite not waiting that long for food either

ONE OF THE WORST TOCO BELLS THERE IS IN CT NEW LONDON CT THERE IS NOW WAY I WENT THREE TIMES IN TWO DAYS OVER TEN MIN WAIT FOR FOOD ALREAY BAD MANAGERS SHOULD BE REPLACED

Shrinkflation is real here. Paid double the price for a burrito that was half the size that it was just 5 years ago. Still 99% tortilla and 1% actual filling. Absolute scam!

What an absolute horrible service by Olivia felt upset by the whole experience I could have dealt with the wait on food but being told that my food is almost warm it will do is too much! The shift leader also came over and made us feel uncomfortable. Will never return and tell people not to go. Chiquitos is superior!

Until recently i didn’t know how good taco bell actually is. I released that i never go to taco bell on purpose, but it is always the best choice when i don’t know what it eat that day. And this is actually big thins for a fast-food place

Stay away.. until it dies down.. 2 to 3 hour Q just to feckin order.. amb... good luck
