DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
I purchased a new vehicle from Tacoma Nissan on Jan 27th 2026. I just received the registration in the mail from the Department of Licensing along with a letter saying my car has a recall notice and I should contact an approved service center to complete the repair. Tacoma Nissan sold me a car they knew had a recall notice from Nov 2025. They did not mention a word about a recall. I even noticed the issue and pointed it out to the salesman on the day I purchased the car, and was told the car just needed to be detailed. The NHTSA (National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration) website, who issues the recalls, said it causes an increase risk of a crash. I called Tacoma Nissan today, 10 days after the sale, and was told "oh, we're sorry, we're not sure why no one caught the recall." DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Also, completely unrelated to the recall...the guy named Chris, who claims to be a manager, is a total liar and a scam artist. He sat 3 feet from me and told me one thing, and then the VERY next day, told me he never said that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
