Tactacam has charged me twice for my annual charge of $120. I emailed them to credit me back for the double billing. No help at all through email. They I need to contact my credit card company. I just called them and was on hold for billing forever.

Had an issue with cellular not connecting after 8months of use. Happened when the payment lapsed on my account. Spent multiple times communicating with support to be told I had all kinds of issues with my setup, SD card wrong etc. went through the motions and still had an issue. Sent the camera in for repair, came back damaged. Advised support of the issue and they wanted me to resubmit everything just to get my camera back in, even though they did the damage.

Cant reach customer support at all by phone chat or email. Tried all 3 for weeks to no avail. Changed card for annual service and they attempted old card info with bank and got fraud attempt started. Total lack of support so i am going to toss these cams and buy new ones from a different company

Have had multiple cameras show up without mounting straps batteries burn out under warranty which is non existent to get a replacement major hassle and have 15 of there cams on subscription

Tactacam horrible customer service no help when I had a camera draining batteries no support take your money and run Andrew from tactacam is useless and does not care about customers stay far away from there cameras

After purchasing two spypoint cameras and having an absolutely terrible experience I decided to try Tactacam's "Reveal X". Everything from set up to using the app is extremely simple and the camera is actually a quality product. If all continues to go well, then they deserve more than 5 stars!
