I spoke with Rose- she was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to help guide me to the best camera for my needs. She was very patient and made sure to get all the details correctly noted. She is an asset to your company.

I placed an online order over the weekend, but shortly afterward I found an all-in-one product that better suited my needs. I sent an email to request cancellation of the original order.

To my surprise, I received a call not long after—on a Sunday—from Jeff, who wanted to make sure everything was okay and see if there was anything he could do to help. He was extremely courteous and genuinely interested in resolving the issue. I explained the situation, and he let me know his supervisor was out but that he would work on getting the credit processed first thing Monday.

A few minutes later, Jeff called back again to suggest an alternative product. While it ultimately didn’t fit what I needed, I truly appreciated the extra effort.

Having worked in customer service my entire life, I recognize great service when I see it. Jeff was proactive, professional, and a pleasure to speak with. It’s rare to encounter that level of follow-up and care.

I also mentioned to him that I had used artificial intelligence in researching your products, and your company consistently came out on top. Based on my experience, I believe that to be true—and Jeff is a big part of why.

What a smooth experience.
Sherwin was able to address the concern with cutting a hole in my brand new sienna in the front of the rear to mount the cameras. He mentioned a customer built a small bracket so they could also be mounted externally just like the left and right mirror cameras.

Which is why I committed to the purchase.

Friendly and knowledgeable

Rose was easy to understand and explained the wireless camera in great detail. She gave me pro and cons with why not to use my existing 4 wire cabling with a new wired camera installation. She emphasized the technology with the wireless camera that was ordeted does not have the negative problems that other salesman have told me. This has made me not want to install a wireless solution.

I was trying to find out what antenna I needed for my backup camera on my pickup camper. There is no brand name anywhere. Rose started a chat and took what what pictures she needed. I sent them. Then she called and completed my order.
