This club is amazing. My first experience of their yearly show at Blackwood Miners Institute and I'm so proud of my children performing and what a delight to see so many young children, teenagers and adults enjoying themselves and learning this great skill. Definitely recommend this fantastic club. So much hard work by all. Well done Pete and Pat and all involved making the show outstanding.

Thank you to Peter and Pat for the support, advice and guidance you have given my son over the many years he has been learning with Taekwan-Do-Wales. This truly is a superb school and we are so happy to have found somewhere that makes self defence fun to learn.

My little girl used to be the most shyest little girl you could meet would not leave my side and would never speak to anyone, She have come on loads since starting taekwondo she has done shows and competitions and got up in front of loads of people, this just shows how much confidence she now got, I think taekwondo has been a big help, and would recommend anyone who is thinking of starting there child to go ahead and do it, I thank you Peter Kent-Marrast for being a great instructor Xx

I would like to thank Pete and Pat and the instructors of TKD. Marcus and Leighton who have given their own time to teach the kids Korean. This has made it possible for them to achieve the best of their ability.
Demi, its been an amazing journey watching you in lessons and competing.
I knew you could achieve this today. 17/11/2019.

About 3 years ago Alicia started tae kwon do where I took her and sat and watched. My Mam bet me at the time I wouldn’t be able to sit and watch and eventually I would be training myself to the answer I was too old now the 1st picture of Alicia grading I took and drove quickly back to my Mam’s hospital bed to show her the photo although she was very ill she raised a smile and said the words I will never forget ( your next ) these were the last words she said to me . But she was right I couldn’t just sit and watch and today I achieved my 1st goal through hard work sweat damaged legs and back I did it so this ones for you Mam for showing me the way and it was the best experience I could have done ❤️a big thank you to Pete and pat and the black belts who helped me through the last years no need to mention your names you know who you are and thank you to my fellow students aswell and it’s our turn to help you now . But a big thank you goes to my fellow graders it’s been a pleasure to go through this with you onto the next we go 🥋

Never dreamt I'd get as far as black belt when I started Taekwondo nearly 3 years ago but I can honestly say it's the most amazing feeling to achieve it. I've had my problems along the way but I never gave up and I've enjoyed every minute of it. I've also made some amazing friends and thanks to them for all the support...I love my tkd family! Here's to the next chapter 🥂🥋😃

Would recommend them to anyone brilliant people Peter and his wife pat are the best of the best they have brought out so much confidence in my two, My son really struggled with his speech and confidence when around others when he was younger so thought this would be good for him and now he is such a confidence cheeky lad you would never think he was ever quiet and they have found something they really love doing!

Had an amazing taster Taekwando evening for our Girlguiding unit. Pete was so warm, friendly and had a fantastic rapport with our 10-14 year olds. He soon had the whole group involved and throughly enjoying themselves! He taught the girls some Taekwando and self defence moves and the importance of when to use these. We so appreciated Pete coming out and would hesitate to recommend Taekwando Wales to any youth group!! Thank you!

I have been a student of peters class and now my son is. My son enjoys the classes. The taekwondo staff are very patient with the children and help them through the patterns. My son enjoys playing dogeball as the warm up and cool down exercises. My son has grown in confidence with the classes.

A very supportive environment for beginners as well as a friendly, community feel. Good quality teaching and still made fun for the younger ones.

Taekwondo Wales is truly an amazing club, great for anyone looking for a hobby. With dedicated instructors and friendly students the club has a lively atmosphere, welcoming for any ages.
I started taekwondo in my primary school 6 years ago and have been helping teach in the same primary for 4 years. I enjoy every second teaching younger students and training in the club. Pete and Pat both do an amazing job, making everyone feel welcome and making the club feel like a second home to many of us.

A great club, friendly with great instructors and training. Both me and my daughter train here and the people at the club are both friendly and helpful.
Pete and Pat have built a great school with good ethics, training levels for all abilities with an “all are welcome” ethos.
Taekwondo, but more so this club have given me the opportunity to train and learn along side my daughter, make good friends and learn a martial art, something I never thought at my age I would be able to do.
Definitely recommend taekwondo Wales, great club, great training and events and above great people!
