Same as everyone, I spent a bit more over 100$ then my order never arrived so I contacted them and they offered me a voucher - because there has been "a problem" with my order - with a "code" but it was not a code, it was a kind of htlm sort of thing.
Anyway, in total I've spoken to at least 5 different people (going back to square one each time of course) from the "tagfairy service" and still got nothing back. So run for your life because you won't get anything on this website it's a SCAM !! Shame.

In my entire life, I have never met such incompetent customer service

Ordered one pants, but tagfairy.com send me a wrong type that did not fit me.
They would not admit that wrong pants had been delivered, and if they had til changes the pants or refund my money, I had to pay the postage myself, an expense of more than 30$ for nothing.

Therefore - do not buy any items at this webshop

My name is Djo Almeida and I want to share my bad experience with tagfairy.com. I paid for hot deals worth of $450 of clothing on the 04/10/2019. after months no receiving any items that I paid for, I tried to get in touch with customer service through phones and e-mails. no answers or response of any sort.
Only on 24th of February 2020 that Timothy from tagfairy Resolution Center sent me an e-mail not a phone call. An email apologizing for the delay.

by the way my order is 2256119121853.

On 02nd of March 2020, I received a second e-mail from tagfairy.com that my clothing items sizes were NOT LONGER AVAILABLE and that i must pick something else for the money that I paid earlier in October.

I then sent them an e-mail asking a REFUND OF MY MONEY.

After months of no replies from tagfairy again, I received on 12th of May 2020 an e-mail from Karen O( tagfairy customer service) saying that they have received my complaint e-mail asking for my money back and she will escalate the complaint to the financial department.

On 13th of May, I received an Email from Arganda Jen (tagfairy customer service) saying that the company policy does not allow them to pay any money back and therefore she offered me a $113 voucher as a compensation.

On the 14th May, another e-mail from Arganda Jen (tagfairy customer Service) saying no refund of the full amount that I paid in October will be paid But I should be happy with the $113 voucher as compensation gesture.
